Reinforced cement concrete work in beams,suspended floors,roofs having slope up to 15 degree, landings, balconies,shelves,chajjas,lintels,bands,plain window sills, stair cases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level including the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and excluding the cost of reinforcement with 1:2:4(1 cement: 2 M sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)lift upto floor five level including curing etc complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc and removal of form for : Suspended floors, roofs, landings,balconies and access platform

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete using hot rolled deformed bars/Thermo-Mechanically treated bars brand shall be approved the Engineer in charge before the procurement.

Brickwork with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 50 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 M sand) including curing and racking all joint as directed.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.Water thinnable cement primer.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smmoth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work.Premium grade including filling the pots & cracks with approved quality crack filler and levelling with JK putty of the even surface as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Polishing on wood work with Touch wood finish with two coats of filler,two coats of sealer,two coats of touch wood finish including necessary mechanical scrapping, filling,cleaning etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade.One or more coats on old work.

Providing Plaster of Paris Cornice of size 100 mm high with uniform size and shape throughout length,including fixing to the wall / ceiling with proper line and level including necessary screws etc complete as per the design approved by the engineer-in-charge.

False Ceiling

Providing and fixing at all height false ceiling including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections power pressed from M.S.sheet and galvanised in accordance with zinc coating of grade 350 as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 22 mm and 37 mm at 1200 mm centre to centre one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 40mm long with 6 mm dia bolts to the angle hangers of 25x25x0.55 mm of required length and other end of angle hanger being fixed with nut and bolts to G.I.channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the rate of 1200 mm centre to centre to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick button wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having clips of 10.5 mm at 450 mm centre toc entre shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I.channels with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I.wire at every junction including fixing the gysum board with ceiling section and perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long,the perimeter of ceiling fixed with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long drive-all screws @ 230 mm interval including jointing and fixing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended filler,jointing tapes,finisher and two coats of primer suitable for board as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings,grills,diffusers,cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed all as per drawing and specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of painting with : 12.5mm thick tapered edge gypsum board conforming to IS 2095 - Part I.

Providing & fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections ( galvanised @ 120 grams/sqm,both side inclusive) consisting of main " T " runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24 x 38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre and cross " T " of size 24 x 25mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet,1200 mm long spaced between main " T " at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200 x 600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24 x 25mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet to 0be interlocked at middle of the 1200 x 600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24 x 24 x 0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills,light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x 1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners , 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main T,bottom exposed width of 24mm of all T-section shall be pre-painted with polyester paint ,all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. - - 12.5mm thick square edge PVC laminated Gypsum tile of size 595x595mm made of Gypsum plaster board, manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS 2095 Part-I and laminated with white 0.16mm thick fire retardant PVC film on the face side and 12micron metalized polyster on the back side PVC Film which goes around and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyster film so as to make the tile completely seale unit.

Labour charges for re-laying and re-fixing the old false ceiling tiles of size having 600 x 600 mm in required line,level etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors and windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions,at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber /neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. MODULAR PARTITIONS - Providing and fixing modular partition full or low with 1.35 meter or more with whole frame structure of Aluminium extruded alloy sections with all sections power coated (miniumum 50 micron) having overall partition thickness 80mm (double skin) flush on both sides, with no screwing or gluing etc. Door frame should be sturdy & matching with the partition.Vertical / Horizontal End section - Aluminium extruded section having overall size 80 x14 x1.5mm with provision to connect with each other on one side and 3mm nothing bands on other side. Vertical / Horizontal Intermediate section - Aluminium extruded section having overall size 56x28x1.5mm with provision to connect with each other on both sides. Steel work in built up tubular (round,square or rectangular hollow tubes etc) trusses etc including cutting,bending to approved design as per drawing,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in - charge. Hot finished welded type tubes.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable,dismantled or waste materials by mechanical transport including loading,transporting and unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer- in -charge.beyond 50 m initial lead,for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing 15 mm dia heavy duty approved brand and quality laboratory 3-way swan neck tap including all necessary fittings like reducer,elbow,bend etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture confirming to IS:6315 having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight up to 125 kg,for doors, including cost of cutting floors,dismntling the exist floor spring,embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S.sheet outer box with slide plate etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.With brass cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness.

Flooring

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard,joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :4 (1Cement : 4 coarse sand/M-sand) - Dark shade using ordinary cement.

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/shape laid in required line,level,curvature,colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand,filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Water Proofing Works

Providing and applying Waterproofing Dr.Fixit or equivalent Newcoat (three coats) or equivalent waterproofing treatment to the existing roof,after thorougly cleaning the surface by using wire and coir brush in order to remove all deleterious matters,oil,grease etc including washing the mother slab with the help of pressure pump and ensure the slab should be free from all dusts.Fill the cracks and uneven surface with Dr Fixit URP other similar material. Apply one coat of Dr.Fixit Primeseal (diluted with water in the ratio 2 : 1 ) at the rate of 10 - 12 sqm er litre & allow it to dry for 2 - 3 hours.Then Apply the first coat of Dr.Fixit Newcoat or equivalent at the rate of 2 sqm per litre and laying fibre net on it & allow it to dry for 6 to 8 hours.Finally apply second, third & final coats of Dr.Fixit Newcoat or equivalent & ensure that the primer and the 3 coats of Dr.Fixit Newcoat or equivalent totally achieve a minimum thickness of 1 mm DFT.Allow the system air cure for 7 days minimum.The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of 7 days for final test.All above operations to be done in order for all levels and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-charge. (Before executing work the entire materials shall be stacked under the custody of Engineer-in-charge.)

Providing and applying Dr.Fixit Dampguard (Two Component (1:1:1 by weight (Base : Hardener : Water) epoxy resin based water thinnable coating) or equivalent brand approved by Engineer-in-charge to the existing interior walls,ceiling after thorougly cleaning the surface by using wire and coir brush in order to remove all deleterious matters,oil,grease etc including applying Dr fixit dampguard as per manufacturer's specification & allow it to dry for 24 hours.All above operations to be done in order for all levels and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-charge. (Before executing work the entire materials shall be stacked under the custody of Engineer-in-charge.)

Supplying of skilled carpenters for minor maintenance & repair works as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.Cost including the cost of labours,tools & plants whatever required.
