FLOORING

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in ATLEAST 3mm thickness including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. - Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size - Size of Tile 800 x 800 mm

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. - Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size - Size of Tile 800x800 mm

FALSE CEILING

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm. and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 12.5 mm thick square edge PVC Laminated Gypsum Tile of size 595x595 mm, made of Gypsum plasterboard, manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS 2095 part I and laminated with white 0.16mm thick fire retardant PVC film on the face side and 12micron metalized polyester on the back side with all edges sealed with the face side PVC film which goes around and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit.

FINISHING

Providing and applying two coats of white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

WOOD WORK

Providing and fixing plain lining with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/nails, including a coat of approved primer on one face, and fixed on wooden /steel frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge (Frame work shall be paid for separately). - 12mm thick commercial water proof plywood conforming to IS:1328 BWR type

FURNITURE & FURNISHING ITEMS

L-Shaped Modular sitting Cabins - 1800(L) x 1800(W) x 1250(H) - Providing and fixing 50mm thick modular type work station wall frmaed with pre punched CRCA steel vertical frame 50mm x 1.2mm C-sections, verticals & horizontal sections to be provided at suitable intervals are provided. Facing is done with atleast 8/9mm thick PLB ISI2823 fixed on both sides (including one number of white board and one number of pin-up borad panel in each cabins in the place of PLB panel) of frame fixed in grooves of frame work in a removable manner. Necessary steel studs, bottom track and necssary cutting for switch boards. Work station table - Main table 750mm wide and side table 500mm wide - Work station includeswork station table with 25mm thick laminated particle board with scratch and fire proof lamination on both sides. Table end with machine fixed 2mm thick PVC edge band. Table is provided with two numbers per cabin of drawer of 450X500X530mm(two compartment drawers - 180mm & 350mm) made of 18mm thick PLB- including necssary hanles, drawer telescopic channel and one number of standard Keyboard tray. All the joints are fixed in minifix arrangement. PLB is with is with both side laminated 2mm thick edge band machine fixed are in specified make and table unit is properly fixed to work station partition. The cabin/table should be ergonomically positioned and all works as per approved design, colour and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Executive Chairs - Supplying of Executive chair of DAMRO make - OCH 033(Brown or black)model or equivalent as approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of 3-seater sofa (1800x870x910mm) plus Glass top Teapoy (900x400x400mm) - one set - Treated Solid Wood frame, Zig Zag Springs, Polyester Fiber, Upholstery Fabric - colour, design, make shall be approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Over Head wall cabinets of size 7.50m(L) x 300mm(W) x 600mm(H) - Cabinet body: is made of 18 mm BWP plywood laminated with 0.6 mm thick melamine on both sides. The lamination is done with hot press with minimum of 90 tones pressure. All exposed edges are lipped with PVC lipping not less than .5mm to protect from impacts, moisture and insects. The lipping is of the machine applied with hot melt glue at a temperature of 205 degree Celsius or above. The top panel of the cabinet is made of 18mm BWP plywood, laminate as above. The Cabinet body is made of permanent casework without any screws and knockdown / mini-fix fittings. Permanent case work shall be made using latest technology such as biscuit joints with nessacary adhesives. Inside of the cabinet body there are no any gaps for dust accumulation. All joints are sealed and it should be easily cleanable. All Adjustable shelves are also made with the same material as above. Hinges: For the doors are without rust, nickel coated heavy duty, self closing, and allowing opening up to 165 degree and are adjustable in all three directions for perfect finish and corrections.
