Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc upto floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All work up to v floor level.

Reinforced cement concrete work in vertical and horizontal fins individually or forming box louvers, facias and boards upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coaarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including all upto v floor level.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 degree landings, balconies, sheleves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral staircases upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 M sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) all work up to v floor level.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement concrete as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having contionous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of cemtering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. BRICK WORK

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in all shapes and sizes in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement : 6 M sand) up to floor v level.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement : 6 M sand) up to floor v level.

Half brick masnory with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level - Cement mortor 1:4 (1cement : 4 M sand) up to floor v level.

Laying of Departmentally supplied autoclaved aerated cement blocks masnoy with 150mm/230mm/300mm thick Solid blocks in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying cement mortor all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made seperately). up to floor v level.

STONE WORK

Random rubble masnory with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement : 6 M sand : 12graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with - Cement mortor (1cement : 6 M sand)

Random rubble masnory with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement : 6 M sand : 12graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like - Cement mortor (1cement : 6coarse sand) .

Laying Random rubble masnory with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement : 6 M sand : 12graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with - Cement mortor (1cement : 6 M sand) - Random Rubble stones shall be supplied by departmentally up to floor v level.

PVC WORK

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC door frame made of UPVC extruded section having an overall dimensions as below ( tolerance ± 1mm ), with wall thickness 2.0mm (± 0.2mm), corners of the door frame to be joined with galvanized brackets and stainless stell screws, joints mitred and plastic welded.The hinged side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S. tube of size 19x19 mm and 1mm (± 0.1mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. Stainless steel hinged fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturers Specification and direction of engineering -in-change - Extruded section profile size 48x40mm including necessary hardwares of aldrop,hinges,towerbolt.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames - 24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a UPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2mm) with in built edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanized / plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of tha shutter reinforced by inserting galvanized M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1mm (± 0.1mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of " H" section, a UPVC hollow section of size 100x24 mm and 2mm (± 0.2mm) wall thickness, fixed to the shutters styles by means of plastic/ galvanized M.S.'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a UPVC multi chambered single panel of size not less than 620mm, having over all thickness of 20mm and 1mm (± 0.1mm) wall thickness. The panes filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6mm galvanized M.S. rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer- in - charge. (for W,C and bath room door shutter) including necessary hardwares of aldrop,hinges,towerbolt.

STEEL WORK

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade - 304) railing made ofg Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fastners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrabgemnets as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fastners etc.)

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc complete.

FLOORING

Providing and laying Double charged vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 M sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc complete - Size of Tile 600x600mm

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different size (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 M sand), including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigment etc complete - Size of Tile 600x600mm double charged.

Providing and laying rectified glazed ceramic floor tiles 400 x 400 or 300x300mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours, shades laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 M sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc complete.

Providing and laying Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skerting, riser of steps and dadoos over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3(1cement : 3 M sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete - 450 x 250mm or nearest size including 2line mottiff tile norder in a toilet as per the approved pattern up to top level.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20mm thick bed of cement mortor 1:4 (1cement : 4 M sand) - Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in Riser & threader tiles on steps, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 12/20mm thick bed of cement mortor 1:3(1cement : 3 M sand) - Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement

ROOFING

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections,power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm(both side inclusive) as per IS:277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm wide x1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37 mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm diax50mm long with 6 mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to GI,intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x230 mm long G.I wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawi plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25 mm long dry wall screw @230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5x25 mmat 230mm c/c including jointing and finishing to a flush finishof tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making opening for light fittings, grills, diffusers,cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in charge but excluding the cost of painting. FALSE CELING with: - 12.5mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS:2095 - Part-I.

Providing and fixing false ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections(galvanized @120 grams/sqm,bothside inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross"T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grid of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers,grills,light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc, Main"T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27x37x25x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85x30x0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyster paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 12.5mm thick square edge PVC Laminated Gypsum Tile of size 595x595 mm, made of Gypsum plasterboard, manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS 2095 part I and laminated with white 0.16 mm thick fire retardant PVC film on the face side and 12 micron metalized polyester on the back side with all edges sealed with the face side PVC film which goes around and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit.

Providing Plaster of Paris cornice of size 100mm high with uniform size and shape throughout length, including fixing to wall / ceiling / projects etc with proper line & level including necessary supports etc complete as per the design approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

FINISHING

Internal wall plastering of 12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 M sand)

External wall plastering of 15mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 M sand)

Plastering of 6mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1cement : 3 fine sand) up to floor v level.

15mm cement plaster on top of the roof slab (terrace) finished with a floating coat of neat cement - 1:4 (1cement : 4fine sand) up to floor v level

Pointing on stone work with cement mortor 1:3 (1cement : 3fine sand) - Flush / Ruled pointing up to floor v level

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface - Water thinnable cement primer up to floor v level

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete up to floor v level.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work up to floor v level

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture up to floor v level

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm) up to floor v level

DISMANTLING AND DEMOLISHING

Demolishing RCC work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

SANITARY INSTALLATIONS

Providing and fixing white water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan) with 100mm sand cast iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistren, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS:7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required - White vitreous china pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440mm with integral type foot rests.

Providing and fixing trap of self cleaning design with screwed down or hinged grating with or without vent arm complete, including cost of cutting and making good the walls and floors : 100mm inlet and 100mm outlet

ALUMINIUM WORK

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded builtup standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling CP brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings, and the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately) - Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

For Fixed Portion

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid seperately.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with EDPM rubber / neoprene gasket etc complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge - with float glass of 5mm or higher thickness.
