The values mentioned for eligibility requirements are: - 3 years (experience criteria) - 30% (past performance) - 15% (margin of purchase preference/price band) - 50% and 20% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 1 and Class 2 Local Supplier respectively Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: - OEM Authorization Certificate - OEM Warranty certificates - Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and details of locations at which local value addition is made - Manufacturer Authorization: Authorisation Form/Certificate with OEM/Original Service Provider details - GST certification: The seller must upload scanned copy of GST invoice and the screenshot of GST portal confirming payment of GST. - Certified Audited Balance Sheets of relevant periods or a certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period. - Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings, and is not bankrupt. - OEM or Authorized Seller of OEM should have a registered office in India to provide after sales service support in India (for imported products)
