Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under: Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be up to -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane including sealing of all joints with UV protected poly sulphide sealent (external use) Note: - Before installation of water proof membrane all the surface should be cleaned and remove all dirts , greases , fungui , loose particles etc thoroughly as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing 12 mm thick plaster of Paris (gypsum anhydrous) ceiling up to a height of 5 m above floor level fixed over the existing frame work ( matching with existing false ceiling) including dismantling all damaged ceiling and disposed to dumping yard etc complete including all labour,material and conveyance cost etc complete,

Supplying and applying Poly Urithene Luxury wood (Pu Luxury )Wood Finish acrylic based with clear coatingwood polish having excellent weather resistance, light-fastness & UV protection for exteriors and interior doors and wall panelling including all labour materials including cleaning the dirts and oils on the surfaces of existing panells, fixing of panels with suitable adhesive wherever necessary , fixing / retrofitting of fallen steel strip beedings etc complete

Floor cleaning with hydrochloric Acid 25to28 % with Standard TILE CLEANER (without damaging tile surfaces), For Cleaning and moping , the tile surfaces including all labour , materials etc complete as directed

Checking all electrical supply line, switches and socket, loose connections, earthing, iuminous fittings, audio and video system connections and repalcing damaged switches 1 no and fused bulbs 4 nos etc complete including fitting of 4 nos of 32 Watts 60 cm X60 Cm LED fitting at common passage ceiling of PAMPA auditorium

Painting with Synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade

Supplying and fixing 1 " P V C A C Drain pipewith all fittings for discharging the AC Condenced water at suitable locations as directed by Engineer in Charge including fixing all labour and matrial charges etc complete.
