Material and Labour for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion (weather coat) paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for red earth/moorum filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hard core with broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread, and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 300mm x 300mm x 25mm mixed with grey cement and pigment as in flooring, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match shade of tile laid over and including 20mm thick screed in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing pre-colour coated high tensile strength corrugated galvalume sheet roofing with yield strength (550 MPA) prepainted with aluminium (55%) and zinc (45%) alloy coating applied through continous hot dip process having tatal coated thickness (TCT) of 0.50mm with minimum coating mass on both sides @ 150gms/sqm in length and width as per site condition fixed with complete acessories as per manufacturer's instructions through specialist agency complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing Mild steel work such as joist, channel, angle or tee section fixing independently without connecting plates, cut to ordinary length ie, within 20mm of the length indicated conforming to Grade E-250, Fe 410 W quality B all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats conforming to Fe-410W(Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces over 10 cm wide or girth including preparation of surface etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of Solid waste Electric Incinerator, dual chamber type having a combustion chamber supported with electric coil for generating sufficient heat to burn the 100Kg/hr solid waste, retains and re-burns the exhaust gases for minimum of 2 seconds at 850°C, Stainless steel stack for longevity, fitted with a Velocity Cowl as standard, Chamber designed for maximum air flow and circulation which in turn improves efficiency and total burn time, easy to open and close loading door, designed to increase operator safety, steel cladding to reduce risk of infection and increase longevity of system with working temperature not less 450 degree Celsius mounted on foundation as recommended by OEM including electrical control panel with suitable size MCCB, relays & contactor recommended by OEM complete all as complete all as specified and directed. The Incinerator comprising of the following: -

(a) Burning/Combustion Chamber: -Incinerator has a combustion chamber, completely made of mild Steel (5mm thick). (b) Electric Hot Plate: Electric Incinerators are fitted with hot plate in the bottom surface for easy burning of the wet wastes. A blower fan is also provided for supply of oxygen contained in the atmospheric air for easy combustion of waste inside the incinerator. (c) Bottom Side Opening: - The bottom plate has a conical shape for easy discharge of ash to the sides of the incinerator. The Ash falls to an SS tray for easy collection and disposal. Quality of ash depends on the type of materials that are burned. Sticky materials like rubber, plastics etc when burned, has every tendency to clog the bottom openings. (d) Ash Tray: Bottom Ash Tray is also made of SS 304 grade material and is designed in such a way that it can accommodate complete ash of the day.

(e) Double shell Stainless Steel Incinerator with thermal insulation fitted with Electric Hot plate. Overall size of the incinerator is 90 CM Dia x 80 CM Height. Door Size – 30 CMS x 30 CMS for material loading and another of size 20 CMS x 30 CMS in the bottom side portion for inspection and easy cleaning. (f) Wet Scrubber Unit fully made of SS 304 with an Induced Draft Blower: This unit consists of a cyclonic scrubber with tangential air entry, 2 sets of water spray system, 2 sets of spray deflectors and one set of mist eliminator. A blower that is installed at the top end point of the scrubber unit sucks the smoke from the incinerator along with some quantity of atmospheric air. (iv) Three phases 440-volt 50 Hz Digital control panel made out of 3.15mm thick MS Sheet and 50x50x5mm thick angle iron support duly powder coated including Indicators, Contactors, single phase preventer, Rotary switches, Volt meter, hour meter, etc. (v) Combustion/FD Fan: Air blower as per manufacturer specification (vi) Heating elements: 40KW initial load 3 Phase 440 Volt 50Hz. (vii) Chimney pipe: MS chimney pipe (10mtr hight) as per CPCC. Note: (i) Foundation/Plinth/Base: shall be provided as per manufactures recommendations, however minimum 0.5m space should be available all around the set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5 M

(ii) Tool kit, Operation and maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices. (iii) The electrical works including electrical LT panel, internal wiring of the LT panel, suitable size copper wires from panel to Solid waste Electric Incinerator as recommended by OEM to operate the Solid waste Electric Incinerator of capacity 100 Kg/Hr to make Solid waste Electric Incinerator operational is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (iv) All Electrical works shall be carried out as per relevant BIS/IS equivalent standard norms only and also in accordance with the latest edition of the Indian Electricity Act / rules formed there under and as amended from time to time.

(v) Any other works (mechanical, electrical & Civil) connected to installation, testing & functional requirement of Solid waste Electric Incinerator of capacity 100 Kg/Hr all as mentioned above and which is not mentioned or included in this Schedule but required at site necessary shall be carried out by the contractor and quoted rate shall deemed to include for the same

Supply and lay cable XLPE 35 Sqmm 3.5 core, 1100 Volts grade, 415 volt, 50 Hz. insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cable, heavy duty, 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor cables of following sizes fixed in wall/ roof or laying in trenches etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying 40mm 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain &brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or infloors etc after taking out unserviceable pipe including making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PP-R gate valves/ball valve (brass insert) , with PP-R Lever head, connected both ends for PP-R pipe and fixed 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of MCCB 160 Amps,4 pole, 415 Volt adjustable type with breaking capacity 36 KA, Ics=100%Icu, fixed properly at directed location and connecting/testing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for taking out and laying UG cable and getting out, excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil and depositing to the sides and returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil after cable is laid complete all as specified.

Supply and Fix High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches 80 mm bore with all acessoires for cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.
