Removing the old canopy of DG Set of capacity 160 KVA and Supply and installation of DG set Acoustic Enclosure or soundproofing canopy of capacity 160 KVA installed at CGRA Rameswaram of approved make. The framework/Acoustic Enclosure shall be made out of suitable sheet steel with anti-corrosive paint. Specially designed acoustic doors shall be provided with glass window for visibility of the DG sets from outside. These doors shall have a proper sealing arrangement to ensure that there is no sound leakage. The enclosure shall be provided with suitable ventilating/exhaust fans for fresh air & hot air exhaust with all accessories required. The ventilation system shall be designed so that the temperature rise in acoustic enclosure shall be less than 15 Deg C above ambient. The enclosure shall be supplied with necessary anti vibration pads between DG & Enclosure and also between enclosure & foundation. Noise level - 75dB right around measured at a distance of 1 meter from the enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600mmX600mm, 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below the normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL and connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32 x 6 mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron steel all as shown in Electrical Plate No.5 connecting to earthing test point, including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber made in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), common salt, charcoal, CI funnel, earth pit cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregates), with 8mm CTD bars @ 100mm c/c in both ways, including necessary form work complete including necessry test on completion all as specified and as directed. Supply, install, testing and commisioning of Dstribution transformer stepdown Level 2 (Prevously EE Level 3 before Amendment No 4 to IS 1180), 11KV/0.433KV, Three Phase complying with IS: 1180/IEC-76(Part-1) 2014 with latest ammanmendts, indoor type double copper wound suitable for 50 Hz system of capacity 500 KVA, oil immersed naturally cooled delta connected on HT side and Star connected on LT side, Vector Group Dyn11, provided with OFF load tap changer to vary secondary voltage from -7.5% to + 7.5% in step of 2.5%. Losses should be confined to the limits specified as follows:

maximum allowable losses at full load (100%) & Half Load (50% )shall not be exceeded 5838 watts & 2147 Watts Respectivly as per GRIHA RATING, Percentage Impedance: 4.5%. Losses and Impedance are subjected to tolerance as specified in IS 1180. The transformers should be supplied with first filling of oil confirming to IS 335. The transformer should have both side cable end box with neutral brought out complete all as directed by Engineer - in -Charge, and installation of transformer shall be carried out as per IS-10028 and comprising with the following standerd fittings/ Technical specifications: (a) Lifting lug for transformer and tank. (b) Earthing terminal rating and diagram plate. (c) Air release device. (d) Oil filling inlet pipe with plug.

(e) Drain outlet pipe with brass gate valve. (f) Conservator tank with oil level indicator (g) Silica jel breather (j) First fill of oil upto level including conservator tank with fresh new oil conforming to IS335. (k) Type of connection Delta/Star (1) Type of cooling: Oil and Natural Air. (m) Vector group: DYN 11. (n) Temperature rise over an ambient of 50 °C maximum. (o) Cable end box on both side for HT/LT cables of suitable size. (p) Provision of thermometer with pocket. (q) Provision of oil and winding temperature gauge.

Material and labour for fabrication of towing type transformer trolley for 500 KVA Transformer step down outdoor type 11KV/433 V capacity complete made up of MS "I" beam of 250x125x6.9mm(37.3 Kg/mtr) and MS sheet for platform 6mm thick(47.10 Kg/sq mtr) mounted on 4 wheels with rims mounted on 02 Nos front and rear axle wheel with leaf spring clamps cushioned arrangement between platform and front and rear axle complete with towing arangement with hook to take full load of trolley and transformer, jali(XPM) around platform on angle iron frame of size 40x40x5 mm opening arrangement from both side with locking arrangement for loading and unloading of transformer including welding, bending and drilliing holes. Spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on overall surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note- (A) LT Panel with all accessories, HT cable and LT cable will be measured and paid separately (B) Trolley suitable for 500 KVA transformer with following fittings/accessories:

(i) Size of the trolley platform shall be 4 Mtr x 2.5 Mtr and sufficient space all around the transformer for ventilation/maint purpose as recommended by OEM and accommodate HT/LT connecting cables loop on the platform. (ii) The trolley shall be provided with steel square net of suitable gauge fixed on iron in all round the trolley body with opening arrangement as protection. (iii) Necessary provision for PVC insulated heavy duty copper cable multistranded single core 95 Sq mm with cable lugs to connect the earthing as cut to required length - 50 mtr (iv) The complete unit of transformer should be mounted on a mobile trolley suitable for a maximum speed of 30 km/hr. (v) Trolley should be mounted on four solid rubber tyres (with one spare wheel) and turning radius of trolley shall be suitable for roads. (vi) Tow bar shall be prrovided at front and hook on rear side shall be provided. (vii) The trolley shall be minimum ground clearance of 250mm. (viii) All vibrating components should be mounted on anti vibrating pads/mounts

(ix) Mud guards at rear, front and side reflectors are also required in the trolley. (x) Cable, LT Panel with accessories and connector- Trolley should be provided with separate cable drums suitable for 50 meter HT power cable and 2 runs of 35 M LT power cable made with 2.5 mm thick MS sheet and 50mm dia soft with 2 nos beering mounted at suitable place on the trolley with 50x50x6mm angle iron braket. Trolley shall be mounted with LT Panel, outdoor type, powder coated, 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheet, CPRI approved having, IP 55, MS angle iron section of 50X50X6 mm frame, suitable for 3 Phase 415 volts 50 Hz, AC supply with MCCB, 4 Pole, 630 Amps as incomer and other required accessories. (xi) Walk around space is required around transfer with guards on trolley. (C) Other Accessories:- (i) Tool Box -Tool box shall be made with 1 mm thick mild steel sheet with suitable locking arrangement and fixed on trolley. The tool box shall have adequate size to accommodate following ISI marked tools which are to be very high quality.
