Plastic Roads - Packed Bitumen Rates 20mm thick open graded premix carpet using bituminous (Penetration grade modified bitumen) Binder Bitumen S 65 Packed Bitumen and Shreeded plastic. Providing,laying and rolling of open graded pre mix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.20mm to 5.60mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line,grade,and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base using HM Plant attached with open pugmill. Heating of aggregate at 150 degree celsius to 170 degree celsius then tranfering the hot aggregate to pugmill and add shredded plastic@10.22 Kg/100 m2 mixing well to form a uniform thin layer of plastic over hot aggregate and adding hot bitumen (150-165 degree celsius) @ 13.578 Kg/10m2 and mix well,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification clause 508 Case I By manual means
