OD333709/2024-2025:Providing and fixing 20 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 600 mm x 25 mm or less as per requirement with suitable pvc door frame including all fittings and average wall thickness of 1 mm ( 0.3 mm). PVC foam end cap of size 23x10 mm area provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. An M.S. tube having dimensions 19 mm x 19 mm and 1.0 mm (+- 0.1 mm) is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Poly urethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end cap of the size 25 mm x 11 mm. Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer- in-charge to take up necessary hardware and fixtures.

11.36:Providing and fixing I st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer -in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
