Annual Maintenance contract of Water kiosk in Alappuzha Muncipality

Periodical visits for checking the performance of RO System and submitting a report after every visit and attending minor repairs to water kiosk at Alappuzha municipality in every 4 months (80 visits approximately) The scope of works involves ensure the performance of RO system in every 3 months and carry out cleaning & chemical washing and Regular maintenance of pumps such as oiling, greasing, motor shaft, pipes, minor rectification and replacement of minor parts such as nuts & bolts etc, to make the system running perfectly for a period of one year. The contractor shall keep all the records of such visit showing the detail of RO, date of visit, nature of work carried out, changed parts details and signature of authority. Repair and chemical washing with prior intimation to health inspector in charge of the kiosk and AE Alappuzha municipality. Only two payments shall be made during the period with the second one at the end of the AMC period In case of any complaint/ breakdown/fault in RO Plant, the firm has to attend the fault in addition to the routine site visits.
