OD185639/2024-2025:Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape, and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge ) 0.35mm (+0.05%), totally coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS 277,In 240 mpa steel grade,5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns.Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in a single length up to 12 m or as desired by Engineer-in-charge.The sheet shall be fixed using self-drilling/self rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

16.60.1:Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminimum sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - lll of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC: 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class ll of ASTM -D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminimum alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminimum sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charges. OD277580/2024-2025:Providing and fixing in position Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding in colour of approved shades made out of 3mm thick aluminium composite panel material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places. Supporting fabrication should be paid separatly.

11.41.2:Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm.
