Design manufacture, supply at site storing , handling, installation, testing and commissioning of 250KVA radiator / water cooled DG sets in sound proof enclosure (to meet the requirements of central pollution control board) with inbuilt fuel tank as per specification complete in all respect self – excited, self – regulated, screen protected, drip proof alternator with static excitation system, capable of developing rated output at 415V, 0.8 p.f. 50 Hz when running at 1500 RPM at NTP conditions and conforms to the IS 4722 standards alternator coupled to diesel engine complete with all accessories such as tool kits, service manual, self starting device instrument panel, Floor mounting standard control panel(GCP) contains 1No. Genset Controller having Alternator parameters like Voltage, Frequency, Amps, KW, KVAR, PF etc, 3 Nos. Current Transformers, 1 No. KWH meter – 3phase, 4 wire unbalanced, 1 set Aluminium busbars of suitable capacity, 2 Nos. Indicating lamps – “ set running” and “set on load”, 1 No. 4 POLE MCCB with shut trip Coil, 3 Nos. Instrument Fuses, 2 Nos. Earthing studs,1No. Earth Fault Relay. and terminal box as per specification, adapter box, glands, nuts, earth terminals for engine & alternator in diametrically opposite position, light inside acoustic enclosure etc. first filling of engine oil, Gear oil, high speed diesel oil, coolant, 24 volts Battery Charger, 2Nos 12V chargeable battery set (Minimum 180 AH capacity) and including supply and installing suitable AMF/ATS etc complete. Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of exhaust piping of following sizes with thermally insulated by 75 mm thick layer of glass wool lagging with chicken mesh and 26SWG aluminium sheet wrapping over the exhaust pipes complete including cost of supports and accessories as required. 100mm dia

Earthing with G.l. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry 'enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering GI pipe of 20mm dia,2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
