21.1.1.2:Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminnium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately): For fixed portionPowder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

OD195623/2024-2025:Supplying & Fixing at site, aluminium Composit panels of durabuild , alucobound or equivalent make and approved colour certified for exterior applications , thickness 3 mm , with 28 to 30 microns of PVDF coating confirming to ASTM standard on the top aluminium skin 0.25 mm and with a bottom aiuminium skin of 0.25mm with service coating of polyeater paint , laminated on to a centre core of 2.5mm of single recycled low density polythylene material. The pannels shall be cut to sizes of required grid dimensions in line with the site conditions. The pannels shall be fixed on pre fabricated frame work using 38mm x25mmx1mm thick Aluminium extruded sections of approved make, joined horizontally and vertically using standard cleats and fastners. The gap formed between the pannels shall be seated with silicone sealent of dow coring grade 789. The rate inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials , lead ,lift and labour for erection,hire charges for scaffolding etc. complete.

21.3.1:Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer - in -Charge. ( Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness

9.135.2:Providing and fixing fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge, to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.50 mm all complete.With 12 mm mild steel U beading

50.9.11.2:Providing and fixing Thomson Multi wood board or equivalent make paneling 18 mm thick, to frame, backing or studding with screws etc. complete (Frames, backing or studding to be paid separately)as per the direction of site Engineer-in-charge.

10.2:Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
