Selection of accredited gov.agencies (PMC/NPMC category) for designing and executing the interior furnishing and modernization of the District Mission Office at Civil Station Kakkanadu, Ernakulam. The work includes dismantling and removing partition walls of any kind and other constructions (both building parts of civil work nature and electrical fittings and wiring, etc.), which are necessary for executing this modernization and interior works. It also includes civil works such as the construction of a toilet attached to DMC’s room, wall finishes, false ceilings, interior works, partitions and cubicles for officers, file storage facilities, modular furniture, chairs, providing A/C to DMC’s room, providing necessary doors and windows with glazed pannel and suitable blinds, closure of unnecessary openings and airways, electrical installation, data & telephone cabling work, and other essential works for completing the work in an aesthetic manner, etc. The Kudumbashree intends to award the work mentioned in RFP document as turnkey projects which involve the complete aspects of the project as envisaged in Para 3.1 of GO (P) 67/2021/Fin dated. 18/04/2021 of Govt, of Kerala. The bidders/agencies who are technically qualified to take up such "General Civil Construction Works" should quote competitive Centage Charges on the PAC Amount since the selection of the Accredited Govermental Agency will be done based on this as envisaged in Para 6 of GO (P) 67/2021/Fin dated. 28/04/2021 of Govt, of Kerala.
