Design,Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Automated Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 6 KLD based on SBR Technology with tertiary treatment and one year DLP & 3 years Operations and Maintenance. The plant consists of the following;
1. IoT SBR Controller - Control unit with intranet webaccess microprocessor control with pre-set work cycles, real-time controlled, graphic display, operating hours’ counter, optional manual and automatic mode, acknowledgeable visual and acoustic fault message, mains failure alarm, logbook function operating levels - 1 unit
2.SBR Reactor- MSFRP Prefab reactor with water volume of 6 KLD and additional freeboard as per project needs
3. Panel Board enclosure - Panel board (Class IP 55/65) for the enclosure of controller and necessary electrical equipment’s (phase failure relay, MPCB, contactors) - 1 unit
4. Blower / compressor - linear diaphragm type 200LPM -12Cu.m/hr .1~ - 2 units
5. Diffusers in aeration tank - EPDM Fine bubble Tubular diffusers - Tubular or 340mm Disc Diffuser) with SOTE 7.5%/m at a flow rate of 5 cu.m/hr or equivalent - 4 Nos -6 nos. (As per tank dimensions)
6. Diffuser stands - Diffusion system in SS 304 (8/6 outputs ) stands - As per requirement and as per the tanks dimensions
7. Air hose - Hose, PVC braided at 10 kg/ sq.cm at temperature rating of 85 deg. C - Appx. 100 m (Machine room 3m from aeration tank)
8. Airlift units for transfer of water in collection , aeration and treated water tank - Air lift arrangement and functional mechanisms - Minimum- 2 units or as required in the site
Charging unit by Pump pump 1.5cu.m/hr @ 9m head - 1W + 1S
Discharging unit by airlift - 1 Unit
Sludge return unit by airlift - 1 Unit
9. Wiring for the plant - As per requirement in the site
10. SS 304 pipe clamps - Clamps and fittings for wall mounting in SS 304 - As per requirement in the site
11. Components for assembling and fixing solenoid valve set
a) SS 304 output for valve arrangement (1”) (2 outputs / 3 outputs) - as per requirement
b) Solenoid valve for airlift arrangement (1”) - 3 units
12. Valve stand for valves (SS 304, 2mm thickness) - 1 unit
13. Filtration Plant – Filter Feed Pumps, FRP Pressure sand filter, FRP Activated Carbon Filter, AMPV and Chlorine Dosing system suitable for 6 KLD plant - 1 Lot
14. HDPE filter water tank having capacity of 2000litres
15.Suitable Machine room made of steel structure & galvanized sheet roofing with cladding
16. Civil work for the transfer of sewerage. Paver block removing/refixing DI Pipe 80 mm NB for 30 mtrs with Earthwork in excavation and refilling. (Paver removal and relaying above 30 m shall be paid extra)
17. Civil work for the modification of existing Biodigester tank as required including cutting of concrete slab to provide FRP manhole covers over the existing Bio-Digester chambers.
18. Providing temporary arrangement for collection of sewage from the existing facilities and treatment/disposal of the same during the construction/installation of the SBR plant.
