24.3 : Cleaning the sand stone surface and removing dirt, dust , bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc., including providing, applying and washing the surface with liquid Ammonia Chemical of 5% solution and other chemical cleaning agent as approved by Archaeological Survey of India / Engineer - in-charge, of approved brand and manufacturer, with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet mixed with desired quantity of fine silica where ever required, without causing any scratching/ damage to the stone surface and finally washing the surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine, complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building / structure, all as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge ( The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding).

od155115/2018_2019 : Supply and installation of twin hanging waste bins of 60 Litter capacity each supported on SS 304 legs with openable lids at top of the frame as per tender drawings. The structure should be done with adequate balancing to withstand the probable weight of the wastes, own weight of the bins with installation mechanism and eventual shock and impact during operation and handling of the bins. The poles SS 304 of nominal bore 65 mm with minimum wall thickness 1.8 mm including 1 no. of bush on both side of bins for tilting to empty the garbage. Locking arrangement with 8 mm SS handle should be provided at the bottom to facilitate easy collection of waste. Each pole should be placed with foundation in cement concrete (1:2:4) below the ground/surface level using hard black granite chips of 12mm to 20mm size and coarse sand. The length of the pole should be such that the top of waste bins should not be at a height of more than 1.2 m above the finished ground level and embedment below ground level should be adequate (not less than 0.3 m). Provide one number of angle hold fast at the bottom of leg inside the concrete to ensure stability and balance of the mounting. Cement concrete foundation having size 300 mm x 300 mm x 450 mm should be done around each pole. The bins should be capable to withstand heavy duty continuous outdoor exposure. In addition to this, the bins should, preferably, be free from joints, welds or sharp rims so as to facilitate smooth and easy handling/use. Each bin should have been attached with same coloured moulded lid/cover (either integrally or with detachable mechanism) to prevent spill/overflow of wastes and spreading of smell. The bins should satisfy the critical requirement of SWM Rules, 2016.

The decorative pedastal to be mounted on a suitable size steel plate. This mounting steel plate along with foundation bolts of suitable size to be used for ensuring firm grouting into the specially designed RCC foundation. wind pressure calculation as per IS 875(part-3) & structural calculation report as per EN40 should be submitted to verify the pole design.
