System capability to capture and provide all electrical parameters at variable time intervals and live data collection timings. Enclosure should be mounted on pedestial stand and also Panel should have a water canopy and it should be IP 66 certified from NABL accrediated laboratory.Two Energy meters (at least one of smart energy meter for KSEB billing purpose) of ISI marking with 13779 standards and accuracy class 1.0 specified by KSEB, one for measuring energy consumption for revenue billing and another for IC4 inetgration data alerts and monitoring.For the smart energy meter,HES shall be provided by the bidder and to be integrated with KSEB MDM system. Bidder needs to demonstarte the capabilities and functionalities of proposed CCMS panel to the AUTHORITY on demand during technical evaluation.
