Light shade pigment using white cement

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making a machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size, design and shape laid in the required colour pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with lime sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

 Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface: Water thinnable cement primer

 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

 12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work

MONUMENT RESTORATION WORKS

 Cleaning the sand stone surface and removing dirt, dust , bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc., including providing, applying and washing the surface with liquid Ammonia Chemical of 5% solution and other chemical cleaning agent as approved by Archaeological Survey of India / Engineer - in-charge, of approved brand and manufacturer, with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet mixed with desired quantity of fine silica where ever required, without causing any scratching/ damage to the stone surface and finally washing the surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine, complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building / structure, all as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge ( The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding).

Applying two or more coat of Ethyl Silicate chemical as approved by Archaeological Survey of India / Engineer -in-Charge, of approved brand and manufacturer, with brush or spray on the existing stone masonry surface till there is no further absorption of chemical by stone surface, including protecting the applied surface from direct sunlight by suitable means during application, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge ( The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding )

 Marble work gang saw cut (polished and machine cut) of thickness 18 mm for wall lining ( veneer work), backing filled with a grout of 12 mm thick average in cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 ( 1 white cement : 2 marble dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the marble shade ( To be secured to the backing by means of cramps, which shall be paid for separately).

 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall 20 mm nominal outer dia pipes

 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Providing corrugate G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete ( up to any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

 Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On steel work

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror, polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Granite of any colour and shade. Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm

 Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of Ist quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours, shades, except white, Ivory, Grey Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Post Mounted Sign, 1 sided, Non-Illuminated, Post mounted Providing and fixing non-illuminated Post mounted sign near the monuments including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per relevant drawings, technical specifications and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

SIGN FRAME Providing and fixing at location poster panel made in readily available hinged clickable secure aluminium extrusions (max 30mm wide on face and capable of holding a sandwhich graphic with total thickness of max 8mm) made into a frame with miter joint and assembled with corner pieces, entire frame mounted on same size 2mm thick aluminium sheet powder coated in White, mounted with fabricated angle cleats 25x25x3 of MS CRCA sheet to mount on the mounting frame. The Aluminium sections shall be powdercoated in colour to match Grey and and approved by the Engineer-in-charge base on a presented sample of the sign. GRAPHICS Providing and fixing, matt laminated printed graphic cut to size and mounted on 3mm PVC foam sheet inside the frame covered and protected with a cut to size 4.5mm thick Clear polycarbonate sheet. The graphic shall be printed using original artworks and all colours in graphcis shall be duly approved by the Engineer-in-charge based on a sample print. including design charge.

POST Providing a Sign post of 50mm dia NB 5.4mm thick MS hollow sections including welded Base plate in 8mm thick MS Plate and Gussets in 6mm thick MS Plate as per drawing with holes to fix it on holding down bolts anchored in concrete footing. The post shall closed with a 6 mm thick MS plate and parts kept uinpainted to weld the sign structure as per the drawing to ensure a rigid connection at site. Providing a 6A SPN MCB electrical junction box welded to the post as specified location and making holes in the post for passing the electrical cable. The entire post assembly shall be painted in PU paint to match colour Grey as specified and approved by the Engineer-In-charge. The Post shall be always be a single continuous element without any joints.Cost to include all activities and temporary props used for a perfect vertical in plumb installation, shim Plates for adjustment of levels and filling the gap with concrete slury etc required for fixing the sign in an external location. FOUNDATION AND PEDESTAL Providing and laying foundation for the sign in PCC (concrete M20) including its compaction and all activities like Excavation, PCC base layer, Casting of holding down HTS anchor J bolts of 16mm dia using a sized template in MS 8mm thick for locating and accurate spacing of bolts as per drawing. Providing and fixing in position Sadarhalli stone pedestal in hand dressed rough finish surface in required size and shape as per drawing in 2 parts. Making cavity in stone for accommodating electrical box installing the two halves joined together by filling Plain cement concrete (M25) keeping a clear groove of 25mm wide recessed and finished as per drawing. 2mm thk SS clamps bolted and set into 3mm thk groove made 150mm from top and 200mm from bottom of the pedestal to keep it intact and flushed to face. The item cost includes cutting and opening the floor finish at location, and making good the location to the match the original finish after fixing and installation of sign.

MISCELLANEOUS

 Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.80x0.90 mm M.S. laths with 0.90 mm thick to cover
