Manufacturing supply & fixing of Sofa standard of following specification.Inner Frameworks ( 27mm thick panels for frame ) of Sofa made out of chemicaly treated rubber wood with approved quality .The surface should be smoothly finished by polishing two coats of polyuretahane sealer and one coat of poly urethane top layer.The Marine plywood 9mm thick suppoted with 65x18mm plank( 5 nos ) rubwood for seating. The Seating/back supported upholstered with seat cushions in 100mm thick cusion(curlon or equivalent ) over laid with polywadding sheet 10mm thick (100GSM) .Outer Finish in superior quality imported cloth of approved make and colour as per directions of Engineer in charge in accordance with manufactures specification.The rate includes all material charges, conveyance charges,labour chages,accessories like nail bush 25mm etc complete as per directions of Engineer in Charge at all levels (refer the image-2 attached )

Manufacturing and supplying Corian top Reception Table of size 3404 (W) X 1000 (D) x 800 (H)mm with following specification-The table top and gable end are made of 15mm thick chemicaly treated rubber wood of approved quality with dark honey finish.15mm thick marine plywood is covered woth corian top as per drawing . All exposed sides are finished with 3mm thick white colour laminate and the front side of table is finished with ivory colour corian top as per drawing . Two storage units of size 450(W) x 450(D) x 550 (H) has been considered. Two drawers unit of size 450(W) x 150(D) x 450 (H) has been considered.All side panels, shelves and drawer facia are made of 24mm thick chemicaly treated rubber wood . Executive Chair-High back revolving chair: Supply & installing of Executive Chairs as per the specification metioned below.The outer and inner frame of the backrest shall be 20mm (16kg) pipe frame.Back Rest shall be high Back with Frame(adjustable height), made out of 40mm foam ( density 32mm) upholstered with rexin of approved colour and quality . Backrest Height shall be 720mm with Backrest Width of 530mm. The seat made out of 40mm foam ( density 32mm) upholstered with rexin of approved colour and quality. Seat width shall be 530mm(clear width between arms), The armrest shall be fixed and made up of silver coated fibre with pu hanlde .
