Elevator for boys hostel Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing, commissioning of electric traction type with machine roomless type , Stainless steel 10 Pax (680 Kg) passenger elevator with car size of 1300mm (width) X 1350mm (depth) (including freight & landing charges,insurance in country of origin and in India etc. except gst) and type suitable for operation on 415 V±10%, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply, having AC variable voltage and variable frequency micro-processor type traction control, speed of 1.00 Mtr/sec, electromagnetic brake system, duplex mode operation, operating panel with luminous buttons, overload warning indicator, battery operated alarm bell, LED type emergency light, intercom suitable for hook up to Purchasers's EPABX, infrared ray sensing door protection for full height, reverse phase relay on controller, fireman’s switch at initial landing floor, LCD/LED car positions and direction indication car and landings and at all floors with UP/DOWN direction, shaft wiring and lighting with accessories,braille buttons,audio announcement along with prerecorded message,LED light fixtures, ventilation fan, etc complete with all accessories including Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) with dry maintenance free sealed batteries and Manual Emergency Rescue Device and all electrical components with wiring from the single point power supply provided at top landing near the elevator door complete as required. The traction motor of machine room less elevator shall be of gearless type and placed inside the elevator hoist way complete as per technical specification. Having automatic centre/side opening toughened glass door with stainless steel frame works, stainless steel car enclosure provided with stainless steel handrails on two sides, granite flooring as applicable in accordance of following details:-5 stops & 5 openings and entrance & exit at same side and suitable for travel height of 12.3 mtrs. (Shaft Size 1850mm (width) x 2500mm (depth) ) with door opening of 800mm (width) and 2000 mm (height) . The equipment should be BMS compatible.All electrical components with wiring from the single point power supply provided in last landing near the elevator door .All fabrication and procedures shall confirm to relevant IS standards.
