Rectification of leakages in 125mm CI Pipe of all kinds by replacing a length up to 1.5m including earth work excavation in all kinds of soil for exposing leak portion of the pipe including tar cutting / concrete cutting, cutting and removing and stacking the damaged portion from the existing line without causing any damages to the line and specials and conveying and replacing with the CI pipe and conveying and jointing with CID joint / suitable mechanical joint of suitable size or any other available size suitable joints after cleaning the ends, grinding if necessary, centering the pipe inserting the joints tightening to make a water tight joint charging and testing to the required pressure, rectifying any defects noticed and refilling the trenches using excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm depth including consolidating each layers by ramming, watering, removing the surplus soil from the work site, without causing any damages to any other utilities, including the charges of conveyance and hire for tools and plant, bailing out water, lighting, watching, ribbon fencing,providing caution boards, traffic diversion but excluding cost of materials and as per the direction of departmental officers etc. complete.

Washing OHSR/GLSR using brooms, brushes and bleaching powder by engaging coolies, scrubbing twice, washing and cleaning using fresh water, including side wall, floor slab and columns, disposing the the slurry / waste materilas away from the immediate premises and within the initial lead of 50m from the periphery of the tank, without causing any damage to the exististing strucutre and installations, charges including the operation of valves, conveyance and hire charges of tools and as per the direction of the department officers etc. complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface:Water thinnable cement primer

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)
