OD141731/2024-2025:Design, Construction, Testing, and Commissioning of Moving Bed Biofilm-Reactor- Single Stage (MBBR-1) tank, Moving Bed Biofilm-Reactor- Single Stage Nitrification (MBBR-2) tank, Moving Bed Biofilm-Reactor- Anoxic De-nitrification (MBBR-3) tank, Moving Bed Biofilm-Reactor- Chamber after de-nitrification or final polishing (MBBR-4) tank with all necessary arrangements for the intended purpose of STP compatible with the designed flow of 5 MLD including diluted septage with suitable deep foundation after conducting soil test, with required retention time as described in Vol-II of NIT to reduce parameters like BOD, COD, TSS etc. as per PCB and NGT standards. The MBBR tanks shall be made up with RCC sulphate resistant cement M30 or better grade with water leak proofing coating, corrosion resistant TMT steel bars Fe 415 grade or better and all walls and slab junctions are to be provided with vertical and horizontal haunches, with all finishing works like painting, lettering etc. complete including filling of required volume of MBBR media (high quality non-clogging, non-degradable, and with high attachability carriers as per specifications in Vol-II of NIT, carriers should have minimum specific surface area of 600m2/m3, specific gravity 0.98 or better to float/suspend in water). The bio-film formation and growth of suitable micro-organism using inoculation and seeding must be performed and sustained for the carrier before connecting to the sewage network/ co-treatment unit. Piping arrangements to flow liquid from one MBBR tank to next MBBR tank, fitting pipe and valve for removing sludge, fitting fine bubble air diffusers with EPDM/PTFE+EPDM/any better material, pipelines to supply air and protection arrangement to prevent escaping of MBBR media to next MBBR tank, fitting of agitator in MBBR-3, required bypass arrangements etc. to be done and all accessories for the satisfactory completion of work including ladders, walkway, hand rails etc. as per specifications in Vol-II of NIT and as per the direction of departmental officers.

OD141734/2024-2025:Design, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of Secondary Clarifier (up flow sludge blanket and Plate/tube Settler Type) with RCC sulphate resistant cement M30 or better grade with water leak proofing coating, corrosion resistant TMT steel bars Fe 415 grade or better for STP compatible with the designed flow of 5 MLD including diluted septage with suitable deep foundation after conducting soil test, with required retention time to reduce parameters like TSS, TDS etc. as per PCB and NGT standards, without generating any biological nutrient removal process inside the clarifier, with all finishing works like painting, lettering etc. complete including fixing of SS plates, pipe line works and and all necessary pipe grid arrangements at the bottom to assist coagulation and dispension to develop sludge blanket at the mid height and flow channels, plate settler supporting structures at the top including all sludge removal system etc. complete. Necessary earth cutting shall be done to expose the Secondary Clarifier, constructing sludge removing arrangements including footsteps, piping arrangements, ladders, walkway, hand rails and all accessories for the satisfactory completion of work etc. as per specifications in Vol-II of NIT and as per the direction of departmental officers.
