Supply and providing best quality suitable class F insulating materials such as Nomex, Millanex fiber cloth, fiber sleeves etc. Including varnishing using Dr. Buck type varnish to make the stator ready for rewinding .Including cost of windingwire and deducting cost of burnt copper wire.

Winding the motor, placing the winding coils into the slot, making lead connection, as per standard manner and Varnishing, heatingetc.(making lap winding coils for groups of phase sequences and pole polarity as per standard winding data by using the above winding wires in each reconditioned slot after forming the required shapes and counting the turns as required measurements of existing ones by using with winding former , suitable for stator slots. Rewinding the stator slots as per specifications and requirements, providing insulating papers in between the phase of coils, providing the fiber wedges, sorting and selecting the coils as phase and pole polarity. Connecting the selected coils together and giving outlet connections through 70sq. Mm. FG Copper wire. Tapping with fiber glass tape and varnishing with super quality DR. Buck or equivalent quality varnish and heating the coil torequired temperature after removing the moisture from the windings. Checking the insulation assistants phase by phase, testing allconnections and sequence as per stipulation standard's,conducting high voltage test, leakage test and insulation test in the presence of Departmental officers, get the IR value not less than 100 mega ohms , ready to assembling with rotor assembly etc.complete.

Lifting and Conveying the rewind stator, from workshop to pump house after covering with polyethylene sheets, without any damages. Unloading the motor at the pump house and keeping in secured location, and erecting the motor on foundation and coupling with pump and trial run.

Supply and fixing of bearings as per specifications of 6.6KV,600HP HTVT Motor.
