Supplying and Installing of 035 Mld Pressure filter

Design, supply, installation of satisfactory trial running of mechanical pressure filter unit of capacity 0.50 mld, consisting of the following components with manual operation and minimum pressure loss. brPressure filter unit with sand filter vessel of carbon steel(IS 2062or latest edition ) having shell thickness 10 m.m and dish 12 m.m with epoxy coating out side and GRP lining inside suitable for an operating pressure of 4 kg/cm2 and test operating pressure of 6kg/cm2 and test pressure of 10kg/cm2. Filter with MS specials disc plate fitted at bottom for collection chamber and filter charmer having filter media insisting of pebbles of 400 m.m height and sand having 625 m.m height of effective size of 0.6 and uniformly coefficient 1.3 to 1.7 with disc type strained. brbrProviding foundation including necessary trenching works as per the dia of pressure filter required depth and providing RCC 1:2:4 mix using 10 m.m dia bar laid 15 c.c C/C at both directions and providing R.R masonry foundation in the same width and length and required height above ground and providing RCC 1:2:4 mix using 10 m.m DIa bar 15 cm C.C and firmly fixing the filter unit .Also providing back wash facility and controlling valves as per the direction of departmental officers.
