Supplying, erection testing and commissioning of 630A 4 pole on load break type change over switch with suitable enclosure and inlet and outlet cable entry box and connecting the incomer from Main Panel Board and connecting to the existing and new starters including cost of all materials and labour charges.

Supply, Erection Testing and Commissioning of 250HP (or nearest HP) centrifugal pump set and accessories (Kirloskar)br including approval of Electrical Inspectorate with extended warranty of 1 year beyond the original warranty. A) Supplying ,erecting,testing,,trial running and commissioning of Kirloskar make water lubricated horizontal split casing centrifugal pumpsets having a discharge of 1200m3/hr for a head of 40m including all accessories with Bronze/SS impeller.SS Shaft and CI pump casing with suitable type base plate with coupling ,coupling guard, RCC foundation, foundation bolts and nuts etc complete suitable for coupling the pump and motor above the base plate etc completeby approved manufacturers .B) Supply,erection,testing,trial running and commissioning of of Kirloskar make, horizontal solid shaft foot mounted TEFC squirrel cage induction horizontal type motor suitable for direct coupling SPDP with the above pump having rpm 1450 or nearest capable to operate on a voltage of 415V AC 3 Phase ,50degree amp ,temp,rise,class F insulation , IP 22/23degree of protection ,with all standard accessories conforming to relevant IS and IE rules efficiency.Minimum 90%.(motor shall be energy efficient BEE standard and supporting certificate to prove EF1 or EF2). C) Soft Starter- Supply,fabricating, erection,testing,trial running and commissioning of LT integrated soft starter suitable rating (Fully automatic starter with airbreak contacts for 250 HP FCMA starters to be used ) starter suitable for the above motor with protection single phase preventer over load relay with motor protection relay confirming IEC .34,BS4999,BS5000 and IS 325.and complete in all respects with all indicating meters like voltmeter,ammeter,pf meter,energy meter, indicating lamps etc. D) Aluminium Cabling- Supply, laying, testing,trial running and commissioning of 20m of 2 Run 3.5 X240 sqmm or suitable size XLPE cables (1.1kv grade) through cable tray/wall/floor with necessary clamping/fixing as per KEI Rules and standard for the above pump set from panel board to starter including all charges etc. complete. E) Copper Cabling -Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 10m of 6run 185 sqmm or suitable size pvc insulated flexible copper cables (1.1kv grade ) through cable tray/wall/floor with necessary clamping/fixing as per KEI Rules and standard for the above pump set from starter to motor.including all charges, etc complete. F) Supplying of all materials and providing end termination of XLPE insulated sheathed Aluminium Conductor cable size 3.5 X 240sqmm 2 runs using seimens type plated brass cable gland and accessories complete with labour charges etc as per standards .G) Earthing -Supply of all material and providing suitable earthing by using 25 x3mm Cu flat strip- 30m Approximate or suitable size through cable tray/wall/floor with necessary clamping/fixing as per KEI Rules and standard and giving double earthing to motor, starter, panel board etc.H) Capacitor -Supply, erection,testing and commissioning of heavy duty APP capacitor Bank of 50KVR or suitable rating for the motor to get a power factor above 0.98.The capacitor shall confirm to IS 2834 and shall with extended warranty of 1 year beyond the original warranty. I) Supply,erection , testing and commissioning of reputed make 150mm dia 20kg/cm2 pressure gauge with stop cock and all aceessories suitable for the above pump setsJ)Obtaining statutory approved from electrical inspectorate including preparation of drawings,obtaining approval for the drawings, arranging inspection of instalations complete K) Supplying of all materials and providing end termination of 6run 185 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable using seimens type plated brass cable socket and accessories complete with labour charges etc as per standards.L)Supply of 300mm or suitable D/F Sluice valve (2 nos) at delivery side including cost of materials and all labour charges.M) Supplying and fitting 300mm or suitable size 10mm thick with 16mm flanged MS pipe (Length 8m Approximate) with required specials such as flanged bends, flanged reducers/enlargers at suction and delivery side of the pump set and painting with anti corrosive enamel paint over coating of Zinc Chromate primer including cost of materials and labour charges, etc. complete.N) Supply and fitting flanged 300mm or suitable size CI/DI NRV including cost of materials and labour charges.
