Design ,Supply, erection, Testing and commissioning of Suitable type transformer ( 1150 KVA - 1 No. ) at Mankunnu 1. 11 KV Equipments:- Supply of all materials and providing 11 KV sub station yardusing 4 nos . 175 x 85 mm ISMB joist of 9.5 M height, 100 x 50 mm, MS chanel crossarms. 2 sets of 400A. 11 KV gang operated AB switches with operating handles of required length, 2 sets of 9.6 KV, 6 KA, Lightning Arrestors, 2 sets of 11 KV.D.O.fuses, Pin insulators, Disc insulators and inter connections of the above items using 8mm dia copper wire with proper copper sockets, including all associated civil works and painting of all structurers with two coats of zinchromate primer and aluminium paint ,construction of suitable transformer plinth etc. complete as per standard construction practices approved by Kerala Electrical Inspectorate and relevant standards. At WTP, Substation yard fencing:- Supply of all materials and providing substation yard fencing u. 3. Weld mesh gate for Transformer Yard:- Supply of all materials and providing 2000mm wide 2500 mm height weld mesh gate made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm Angles withnecessary foundation locking relevant standards arrangements etc. complete, including painting with two coats of zinchromate primer and aluminium paint as per standards , 11 KV Metering Unit:-Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of out door type metering unit consisting all necessory accessories , supply and erection of TOD Meter:- Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of TOD meter with all necessary accessories etc complete. Fire Extinguisher-5500/E 30.Statutory Approval:- To take Soil Resistivity measurements at site, Design, preparation of detaileddrawings, preparation of earthing calculations and obtaining approval of the drawingsfrom the state Electrical Inspectorate. The necessary statutory fees, if any, payable to the Electrical Inspectorate/KSEB will be paid by KWA.

IV.Supplying and fixing Electromagnetic flow meter 2 nos (800mm 1 no , 600mm - 1 no)conforming to protection level IP-68 for flow sensor and IP-67 for transmitter and having an accuracy level of 0.5% with LED/LCD display unit suitable to measure the discharge of CW . The flow meter should have the housing ( flow sensor) to be made of SS 304/Carbon steel with anticorrosive protection and inside liner to be made up of Hard Rubber/ Neoprene all confirming to drinking water standards. The flow meter should be coupled with HART for data acquisition and transfer with provision for wireless transfer through GSM. The manufacturers should have the calibration standards as per ISO 17025 and the product shall have sufficient warrantee position. Flow meter should be tested and calibrated at FCRI, Palakkad and test certificate should be produced. Flow meter should be calibrated with physical measurement at site after installation. A battery backup of min 24 hrs should be provided. For 600 mm and 800mm Flow meter
