Dismantling of cover,HV busing,LV busing carefully after removing connections and keeping it in vertical position and covering the busing system with proper protection to avoid to enter dust and moisture inside,dismantling explosion vent,breather connection,conservating tank and piping,disconnectioning of all valves,dismantling of control cables,thermometers and its probes etc.including cleaning the dismantled parts very carefully and removal of old gaskets,replacement of rubber bushes and washers,replacement of old bolts and nuts etc.in the case of bushing,providing Hylum sheet of approximate thickness in case of explosion vent,checking the working condition of all components,checking the function of buchholz relay etc.complete.

Supply and erection of Pumps

Supply and erection of VT Pump set with following specifications .1.Pump-Supply , erection ,testing and commissioning of KWA qualified reputed make water lubricated VT pump set with bronze impellers shaft with MS ERW column pipe of suitable diameter and length. The pump set is coupled with vertical hollow motor. The pump set having capacity of 103 lps discharge and 102 m head .2.Motor-supply ,erection, testing and commissioning of KWA pre qualified reputed (speed of motor-1470 rpm) screen protected drip poof squirrel cage vertical hollow shaft induction motor suitable for operation at 415 V 3 phases 50Hz.AC supply for above pump set. The motor should confirm to IE2/IE3 as per IS 12615-2018I.Supply of suitable size best quality ISI marked PN 1.6 heavy duty cast iron double flanged sluice valve and reflex valve suitable for the above pump set. Fabricating and connecting delivery pipe of required size with Y connection and necessary joints made out of suitable size MS pipe in suitable length with required fanged joints and sealing on supports as per condition. Supply of motor is including providing suitable concrete foundation, cost of cement sand and metal etc complete. Flexible coupling shall be used for coupling of pumps and motors.3.Starter-Supply ,erection testing and commissioning of suitable rating automatic soft starter for pump sets with all protections with suitable cables and IS standard panel board from insulator to starter, capacitor etc including necessary cabling through suitable PVC conduits cable trays, termination cables ,gland etc conforming to CEA regulation 2010. 4.Panel board- Supply ,erection, testing and commissioning of panel board consisting of suitable capacity TPN switch with HRC fuse/MCCB volt meter with selector switch, ammeter with selector switch, fitted with 3 nos.of indicator lamps with all fittings as per CEA regulation, panel board shall have felicities and capacity for operating 2 number of motors of above capacity .The panel should have provision for fixing capacitor and giving electrical connection to all equipments as per CEA regulation. The panel shall be fitted on common base frame on suitable foundation 5. Cabling workSupply, laying, testing and commissioning of suitable size XLPE cables as per IS standards for the above pump set from panel board to starter and from starter to motor considering energy conservation. 6.Earthing-Supply of all material and providing suitable earthing by using suitable size pip/plate earthing/Copper strip buried in ground and giving double earthing to motor, starter, panel board etc as per IE standards with suitable cable and connecting the same to the earth pit provided as per IS 3043/87 and IE rules etc complete.7.Capacitor-Supply,erection,testing and commissioning of heavy duty APP capacitor for the motor to get a power factor above 0.95 the capacitor shall confirm to IS 2834. 8.Valves-Supply of suitable size best quality heavy duty ISI marked CI double fanged sluice valve with PN 1.6 and non return valve with suitable pressure rating .Fitting of valves shall include proper RCC support especially for non return valves. In case of positive suction pump set sluice valve should be in suction as well as delivery sides for easy repair works. 9.Delivery pipe connection-Supply and fitting of suitable size delivery pipe of best quality MS of thickness not less than 10m for a total length of 10 m or as required at site and valves, specials etc. complete and connecting the delivery side of the pump with the pumping mainbr

Design, testing, supply, erection, trial run and commissioning of Centrifugal pumpset 50 lps against a total head of 63.0 m and having 960 to 3880 rpm sync. Speed, Bronze LTB2 Impeller, SS 316 shaft, cast iron casing, bronze LTB2 neck ring, SS 410 sleeve, squirrel case EF2 motor with a complete integrated soft starter panel capable of operating the motor having a protection level of IP 40 or more with integrated bypass contactor in the panel and motor protection relay having parameters as per IE rules, with a power control MCCB and line power contactor, and the starting current shall be 2.5 -3.5 times the normal full load current of motor with Ammeter, voltmeter and phase indicators, space heaters, floor monitory type and having an insulation level of 100 V ( the standard of starter is to be I.E.C 60947 - 4-2) control switches, capacitors, pressure guage etc satisfy the requirements and including the cost of internal wiring with suitable copper cable, valve ( PN 1.6), specials etc and fixing the flow meter to pump sets (motors, capacity, type etc should be specified) pipes and specials required for the interconnection works with the existing pumping main suction and delivery part of pumps including construction of suitable foundation and Anchor blocks of required size and provide the electrical and mechanical installation as per the KSEB and KSEI specification and standards ( All items required for the commissioning should be supplied and erected/fixed and initial and final approval obtained from KSEI and got energized from KSEB). The pump and motor supplied are to be from Kerala Water Authority short listed, manufactures and should be in accordance with relevant IS specification one year extended warranty beyond the original warranty period of 1 year. Total shall be limited to 2 years. (2) Motor-Supply, erection , testing and commissioning of KWA pre qualification reputed make horizontal solid shaft foot mounted TEFC squirrel cage induction motor suitable for the above pump working 3 phase 50 Hz AC supply, working voltage 415 V/3300 V ( select the suitable). The motor shall confirm to IE2/IE3 as per IS 12615-2018 including providing suitable concrete foundation including cost of cement sand and metal etc. complete as per present CEA regulation 2010. Flexible coupling shall be used for coupling of pumps and motors.(3) Starter-Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of suitable rating (fully Automatic starter with air break contact for less than 100 HP and for above 100 HP FCMA starters to be used) starter suitable for the above motor with over voltage and under voltage protection, single phase preventer, over realy with motor protection relay with main contactor and bypass contactor as per CEA regulation 2010 and code of practice etc complete.(4) Panel board (suitable for operating two pump sets but one pump set at a time) Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of cubical type floor mounted MS fabricated dust and vermin proof common control panel board consisting of 1 No. suitable capacity MCCB as incomer and 2 Nos of suitable capacity MCCB as out going ( the two MCCBs are interlocking with each) providing suitable size Aluminum bus bar inter connect the above MCCBs and fitted with 3 Nos of indicator lamps. 1 No. volt meter with selector switch, 1 No. Ammeter with selector switch etc. complete and provided with a common earth bus for the entire panel and inter connect with the MCCBs as per CEA regulation and code of practice. The panel shall be fitted on a common base frame on suitable foundation. Zero velocity valve

Supply of a Zero Velocity Valve of size 450 mm dia of a reputed manufacturer and installing near the pump house suitable for the Pumping main of 450 mm dia CI pipe to control the water hammer. The valve shall be provided with water hammer control spring loaded surge protection check valve and valve shall be suitable to use for Pressure rating of PN1.6.The static head of the Pumping main is 101 m and the discharge of the Pump set set is 13.75 MLD.The end connection shall be of flanged end and the Barrel Disc and others shall be made of Mild steel confirming to IS :2062 Gr.Fe-410-W,the guide Rod and main shaft shall be made Stainless steel to AISI -410,the seat ring shall be made of Stainless steel to AISI 304 and Disc seal shall be made of EPDM / Nitrile.The spring shall be made of spring steel .The zero velocity valve shall be provided with bypass arrangement to keep pressure balance on both side of the Disc and it also prevent creation of vacuum in the down stream of side, so that to resist the back flow of the water column during pump trip or closure,thus preventing the positive surge by reducing the energy of the water hammer.The rate inclusive of the cost,conveyance charges,laying ,flanged jointing,fabrication charges including cost of flanges,welding,grinding,cutting charges etc complete as per the direction of the departmental officers in charge.( chamber of size 2 X 2 m inside size with Manhole cover and frame( weight -208kg) .)

Standardisation of Electrical installation

Standardization of electrical installations at Seemavila PH and Uzhappakkonam PH including charges for electrical installation and standardization in pump house after disconnecting all electrical connections then carefully dismantling brunt cables from wall mounted three phase meter panel board to floor mounted cubical main switch board (MSB), dismantling brunt cables from floor mounted cubical MBS to soft starters, dismantling the rusted wall mounted three phase meter panel board then install newly fabricated wall mounted three phase meter board on wall after making and drilling the suitable holes on the wall for fixing the three phase panel board with sutiable size anchor bolt, fixing HRC fuse unit base and neutral link, laying one run of new Al armored UG cable from wall mounted three phase meter panel board to floor mounted cubical MSB, laying one run of new Al armored UG cable from floor mounted cubical MSB to starters laying one run of new Al armored UG cable from floor mounted cubical MSB to glanding both end of three run cables with best quality new brass cable gland as per the correct measurement, terminating the cable grand on MSB and soft starters after core cutting the panel with metal core cutter, crimping the cable end with suitable size aluminum ring socket using hydraulic crimping tools, connecting the cable as per the correct diagram then testing and trial running etc. complete including labour charges and excluding cost of supplying materials for the work.
