100.59.3:Restoring the road surfaces by providing and laying factory made cold bitumen-aggregate pot-hole repair mix in two layers of 25mm thick (total 50mm thick), by cleaning the surface with brooms etc. to remove dust/debris/water etc, placing the premix, compacting properly with hand-rammer etc. complete, including traffic control, providing caution boards and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for road restoration works in pipeline leak sites.
