OD84512/2024-2025:Supply and erection of CF pump set with the following specification - 1. Pump - Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA pre-qualified reputed make centrifugal pump sets with Bronze/SS impeller, SS shaft and CI pump casing with suitable types base plate with coupling, coupling guard, foundation bolts and nuts etc. complete including providing suitable concrete foundation including cost of material etc. complete. Discharge - 29LPS at 40m head, with an overall efficiency not less than 70%, Suction head – positive suction, 2. Motor Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA prequalified reputed make horizontal solid shaft foot mounted TEFC squirrel cage induction motor suitable for the above pump working on 3 phase 50 Hz Ac supply, working voltage 415, less than or equal to 1440rpm. The motor shall confirm to IE3 standards, including providing suitable concrete foundation, including cost of materials etc. complete. Flexible coupling shall be used for coupling of pumps and motors using pin & bush. 3. Panel board - Supply , erection, testing and commissioning of cubical type wall mounted MS fabricated dust and vermin proof common control panel board consisting of 1 No. suitable capacity motor protection MCCB 36ka as incomer and providing suitable size Aluminium bus bar to interconnect the above MCCBs and fitted with 3 Nos of indicator lamps,1 no. volt meter with selector switch ,1 no. Ammeter with selector switch for measuring current in each phase etc. complete and provided with a common earth bus for the entire panel and inter connect with the MCCBs as per IE rules and code of practice. The panel shall be fitted on a common base frame on suitable foundation. 4. Cabling - Supply, laying testing and commissioning of suitable size XLPE copper cables for the above pump set from panel board to starter and from starter to motor considering energy conservation. 5. Earthing - Supply of all materials and providing suitable earthing by using suitable size pipe /plate earthing GI/copper strip buried in ground and giving double earthing to motor, starter, panel board etc. as per IE standards. 6. Capacitor - Supply, erection testing and commissioning of heavy duty APP capacitor for the motor to get a power above 0.95. Capacitor should be connected to external contactor, and the capacitor shall confirm to IS 28348. 7.Valves and Pressure gauges – Supply, Erection and commissioning of suitable size best quality heavy duty ISI marked CI double flanged PN 1.6 Sluice Valve with electrical actuator (capable of operating in Fully, Semiautomatic modes and also in manual mode), PN 1.6 Non Return Valve and Pressure Gauges with suitable Pressure rating. Fitting of valves shall include proper RCC support. 8. Suction and delivery pipe connection - Supply and fitting of suitable size best quality MS pipe of shell thickness not less than 10 mm for a total of 10 m. suitable for the above pump set and connecting the suction pipe. work also include supply and fixing fully automatic star delta starter.

The work also include supply and installing suitable capacity Makeup Waterline with GM Gate Valve, Pressure Gauge, Y- type strainer at inlet and outlet of Service Water 2nos, Motive Waterline with Booster Pump, Check Valve, Pressure Gauge, Gate Valve at inlet and outlet of Pump feed water pump with pressure gauge and GM valve, connecting out from the chlorinator to existing line, giving suitable supply etc complete for both working and standby unit
