Supply of 15Hp motor pump set

OD302538/2023-2024:1. Pump with Motor - Supply, erection, testinng and commissioning of KWA prequalified reputed make bore well submersible motor pump set with SS impellers and SS shaft. The duty condition is as follows ( Discharge - 300LPM, Total Head - 135 Mtrs) 2. Starter- Supply erection of best quality reputed make star-delta type starter ISI marked 415 Volt and 50 Hz electronic fully automatic starter with over voltage and under voltage protection main conductor and by pass conductor as per IE rules, controller base with protection suitable for the above motor complete with overload no volt release 3. Panel board :- Supply erection of cubic type MS Fabricated panel board to mount KSEB meter and separate MS fabricated panel board to consisting Main switch, ELCB, Capacitor, Voltmeter, Ammeter, Selector switch, Dry running preventer and 3Nos of Pilot Lamp etc. complete. 4. cable:- Supplying and laying of reputed make submersible flate copper cable. 5. Valves- Supply of suitable size best quality heavy duty ISI marked double flanged sluice and Non-return valves with suitable pressure rating, fitting of valves shall include proper RCC support especially for Non-return valve. 6. Earthing - Supply of all materials and providing suitable earthing by using suitable size pipe plate earthing GI/copper strip buried in ground and giving double earthing to motor, starter, panel board etc as per IE standard. 7. Suction and delivery pipes:- Supply and fitting suitable size best quality GI pipe of thickness not less than 8MM suitable for the pump set and connecting the suction pipe and valves with suitable flanges, nut & bolts, IR sheet etc. complete, supplying and fitting new pressure guage with fittings and connecting the delivery side of the pump with valves and suitable specials to connect with the pumping main. 10.Maintanance for a period of two years
