OD98412/2024-2025:Supplying complete integrated soft starter panel capable for operating 150 HP squirrel cage induction motor having a protection level of IP40 or more with integrated bypass contactor in the panel and motor protection relay having parameters as IE rules, power control MCCB and line power contactor and the starter current shall be 2.5 to 3.5 times of full load current of motor with ammeter voltmeter, RYB indicators, hour meter, external contactor for capacitor, space for heaters .Floor mounting type made out of 14/16 SWG thick CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirements, hinged doors for all switch gear earthing the doors using 4sqmm braided copper conductor, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc.Name plate, danger notice board, neopreme gaskets for all openable doors & covers, removable gland plates made of 3mm thick sheet steel, all connections and interconnections including mounting the following switch gears and accessories as per approved schematic drawings. and having an insulation level of 1100V. Working voltage 415 V 50 Hz.The standard is to be I.E.C 60947-4-2. main contactor AC3 225A
