Appendix A :- Construction and Commissioning of 15 MLD WTP at Nathankuni Construction of Areator for 15 MLD plant at Nathankuni by providing and laying machine batched mixer designe and machine mixed design mix of M 25 grade cement concrete with reinforcement and extra for richer mix including earth work excavation ,PCC work centering and shuttering ,plastering etc,complete Construction of Raw Water channel for 15 MLD WTP by providing and laying machine bathched and machine mixed design M25 grade cement concrete with reinforcement including centering and shuttering ,and providing and laying ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm first quality tiles and finishing walls with textered exterior paint ,etc complete . Construction of Flocculator and Lamella clarifier for 15 MLD WTP by providing and laying machine bathched and machine mixed design M25 grade cement concrete with reinforcement including earth work excavation ,pcc work ,centering and shuttering ,plastering ,providing and fixing 1 st quality ceramic glazed floor,wall tiles of size 300x300 and finishing with walls texture exterior paint,providing and fixing 304 satinless steel lamella plates and support structure for water treatment including channel support top cover side, providing nad fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc to steel ladder rails,balcony rails,staircase rails,including similar works etc complete . Construction of Filter house,Filter bed,Blower room ,Scada room ,Office room and Back wash water tank etc for 15 MLD WTP by providing and laying machine bathched and machine mixed design M25 grade cement concrete with reinforcement including earth work excavation ,pcc work ,centering and shuttering ,construction of solid block masonry of size 40x20x20 cm and plastering ,providing and fixing 1 st quality ceramic glazed floor,wall tiles of size 300x300 and finishing with walls texture exterior paint, providing nad fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc to steel ladder rails,balcony rails,staircase rails,providing and fixing uPVC door and providing joinarys supplying and fixing man hole cover of size 455x610 mm withframe ,supplying pebbles,providing and fixing double glazed hermetically sealed glazing in alumininum window,ventilators ans partitions etc complete Construction of Clear Water Sump and Recycling tank for 15 MLD WTP by providing and laying machine bathched and machine mixed design M25 grade cement concrete with reinforcement including earth work excavation ,pcc work ,centering and shuttering ,construction of solid block masonry of size 40x20x20 cm and plastering , finishing with walls texture exterior paint, providing nad ,providing and fixing double glazed alumininum door,window,ventilators and partitions ,providing and fixing MS grills,Structural steel work ,Rolling shutter,filling water with 5000 litre tank ,supply and fixing of CI D/F Sluice valves etc complete . Construction of Chemical house and Chlorine disposal tank for 15 MLD WTP by providing and laying machine bathched and machine mixed design M25 grade cement concrete with reinforcement including earth work excavation ,pcc work ,centering and shuttering ,construction of solid block masonry of size 40x20x20 cm and plastering ,providing and fixing 1 st quality ceramic glazed floor,wall tiles of size 300x300 and finishing with walls texture exterior paint, providing and fixing double glazed hermetically sealed glazing in alumininum window,ventilators and door,Supply and fixing rolling shutter etc complete . Construction of wash water disposal for 15 MLD WTP:-Supplying,Laying and Testing of DI K9 Pipe of size 400 mm dia and specials including earth works ,supplying and commisioning of valves ,electromagnetic flow meter and similar works etc complete . Supply of Lab equipments and furnitures for 15 MLD WTP -Supply of lab equipments and supply ,installation and setting up of Desktop Providing sign Board at 15 MLD WTP site using 50 mm GI pipe and documentation charges.Providing Scada operation system for 15 MLD WTP. Providing Gantry Crane for 15 MLD WTP of supply,delivery and fixing of 5T or suitable capacity electrically and manually working on single girder with over head travelling trolley .Other components - Mechanical items , Electrical items, Supply of chlorine tonner and O&M charges for the maintenance period:-supply and fixing of mechanical items ,electrical items,supply of chlorine tonners and cost of operation andmaintanance required for satisfactory completion,commission and operation of 15MLD WTP.

Supply , laying , Testing and Commissioning of Connection pipe and RWPM.Connection pipe :-Supplying,Laying and Testing of DI K9 Pipe of size 400 mm dia and specials including earth works ,supplying and commisioning of valves ,electromagnetic flow meter ,providing pcc works and rcc works ,construction of valve chambers,anchor blocks including earthwork excavation , centering and shuttering and reinforcement and similar works etc complete. Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of RWPM - cost of material:- Supply of CI air valves ,D/F sluice valve ,K9 pipe 500 mm dia (190 m) etc completed . Supply,Laying ,Testing and Commissioning of RWPM (working charge)- Supplying,Laying and Testing and commissioning of RWPM DI K9 Pipe of size 500 mm dia and specials including earth works ,supplying and fixing of valves ,providing pcc works and rcc works , including earthwork excavation , centering and shuttering and reinforcement,bailing out ,fabrication of 500 mm MS pipe and flanges in required etc complete.Design, Supply, erection testing and commissioning of Raw Water and Clear Water Pumpset:-Design, Supply, erection testing and trial run and commissioning of 3 set CF pump set and 3 set VT pump set as per specification.
