Flexible coupling shall be used for coupling of pumps and motors with non reversing arrangements 3) STARTER - Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of suitable rating heavy duty fully automatic Star Delta Starter for the above motor with over voltage and under voltage protections, Single phasing preventer, Over load relay with motor protection relays, and shall be provided with multifunction digital meter ,indicators etc. 4) MOTOR CONTROL PANEL BOARD:- Supplying floor mounting / Wall mounting type (as per site requirement) CR Sheet Steel fabricated dust and vermin proof common control panel board with following accessories such as MCCB Incomer and MCCB outgoings (Siemens/L&T)of suitable rating so as to operate one outgoing MCCB at a time, interlocking arrangements, copper bus bar distribution, Volt meter and Ammeters with selector switches, phase indicator lamp and other required components and fittings confirming to IE rules and IS specifications suitable for the above motors. The panel shall be provided with proper ventilation and cooling fans and should have common dual CU earth bus . Bus bars of adequate current carrying capacity anticipating running of both motors at a time shall be provided.
