100.6.1:Providing steel sheet shoring to the sides of the trenches to depths of above 4.00 m but not exceeding 6.00m using 6 mm M.S. sheet 0.50 M wide stiffen on edges with 50 mm x 50mm x 6 mm M.S. angles driving down vertically on either side one after another in lines and levels with suitable pile driving equipments and accessories to a maximum depth of 0.50 M below the bottom of the proposed excavation 0.5 M above ground level suitably braced by horizontal walling pieces at 75 x 150 mm x 8 mm angles on either side at intervals not exceeding 1.50M and horizontal screw jack type struts at 1.50M intervals and maintaining the shoring till the pipes are laid and works are completed, dismantling, cleaning and restacking for reuse including all labour, hire charges and conveyance for equipments, tools and plants and sundries etc. complete.

100.8.2:Fencing 1.50m high with two rows of casuarina poles (girth 15cm to 24cm) tied with coir yarn on vertical casuarina pole (girth 15cm to 24cm) fixed at 1.5m intervals.

100.47.3.2:Leak rectification work in 110mm uPVC (Class 2 to 6) pipeline including detecting and locating leak, earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for exposing leak portion of the pipe including tar cutting / concrete cutting, cutting the pipe diametrically perpendicular to the axis of pipeline without causing any damages to the balance portion, dismantling and lifting the pipe from trenches, smoothening the cut ends, conveying the new pipe, cutting and lowering new pipe into the trenches, placing in position, aligning the pipe to line and level and jointing the new pipe with the existing pipe with solvent cement or repairable joint and testing the pipeline by operating the valves concerned, and rectifying the defects if noticed and refilling the trenches in layers not exceeding 20cm depth including consolidating each layers by ramming, watering, charges for removing surplus soil from work site, without causing any damage to the existing utilities, including hire for tools and plant, conveyance of tools and materials, bailing out water, providing caution boards, ribbon fencing, lighting, watching, traffic control etc., complete as per the direction of Departmental officers, including the cost of pipe & specials but excluding the cost of C.I.R. Raising of Existing MH

OD19351/2022-2023:Removing the CI or RCC manhole cover with frame, chipping the existing bitumen surface, cement concrete and re-fixing the cover after raising the manhole cover by 25cm to 35cm with CC 1:2:4 as per specification

5.2.a:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

5.3.1.a:Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 80-100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (VG 30), transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction. 5.6.1.a:Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 80-100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with a bituminous binder( NRMB) @ 5.2 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects For Grading - I ( 19 mm nominal size )
