supply and erection of VT Pumpset

OD99526/2023-2024:1..Pump- Supply,erection, testing and commissioning of kWA pre-qualified reputed makeVertical turbine pump set with Bronze/SS impeller , SS Shaft and CI pump casing with suitable types base plate with coupling ,coupling guard ,foundation bolts and nuts etc. complete including providing suitable concrete foundation including cost of material etc. complete discharge -25 LPS , operating head -120m, with an efficiency not less than 75%,suction head , 2.Motor supply ,erection ,testing and commissioning of KWA prequalified reputed make slow speed induction motor suitable for the above pump ,working voltage 415V/3300 V(select suitable).The motor shall conform to latest IE standards including providing suitable concrete ,foundation including cost of materials etc. complete for 3300v motors digital motors protection .relay shall be included in starter as per present IE rules . 3. starter – supply erection testing and commissioning of suitable rating (full automatic BFD starter .starter suitable for the above motor with over voltage and under voltage protection, single phase preventor, overload relay with motor protection delay with main contractor and bye pass contractor as per IE rules and code of practice etc. complete 4. panel board – supply,erection ,testing and commissioning of cubical type wall mounted MS fabricated dust and vermin proof common control panel board consisting of 1 no of suitable capacity motor protection MCCB as incomer and! No of suitable capacity MCCB as outgoing providing suitable size Aluminum bus bar inter connect the above MCCBs as per IE rule and code of practice the panel shall be fitted with 3 no’s of indicator lamps I no volt meter with selected switch I no Ammeter with for measuring current in each phase etc. Complete and provide with a common earth bus for the entire panel and inter connect with the MCCBs as per IE rules and code of practice. The panel shall be fited on a common base frame on suitable foundation 5. Cabling work- Supply laying testing and commissioning of suitable size XLPE copper cable for the above pump set for panel board to starter and from starter to motor considering energy conservation 6. Earthling – supply of all materials and providing suitable earthing by using suitable size pipe/plate earthing GI/ copper strip buried in ground and giving double earthing with motor, starter, panel board etc. As per IE standards. 7. Capacitor –Supply, erection testing and commissioning of heavy duty suitable capacitor for the motor to get a power factor above 0.95 .Capacitor should be connected to external contractor, and the capacitor shall confirm to IS 2834 8.Valves and pressure gauges – Supply,Erection and commissioning of suitable size best quality heavy duty ISI marked CI double flanged Sluice Valve electrical actuator (capable of operating in Fully, Semiautomatic modes and also in manual mode), Non Return valve and pressure Gauges with suitable pressure rating. Fitting of valves shall include proper RCC support. 9. Suction and delivery pipe connection- The existing pipe line joint to suction and delivery side of the pump set using suitable specials etc. complete.
