OD149764/2024-2025:Overhauling and reconditioning three stage Wilo Mather and Platt make 120HP CF pump of 2975 RPM. Disengage pump & motor couplings, remove coupling key, NDE/DE Bearings from shaft by using bearing puller, remove oil seals, shoulder seals from shaft, remove stuffing box cover, gland etc, taking casing wear rings, unscrew DE/NDE shaft sleeves, remove impeller from shaft, remove impeller key, check mechanical seals, O rings etc, conveying shaft to lathe for machining if required, tuning and dynamic balancing of impeller, conveying back to TWPS, cleaning bearing housing and glands, refixing bearings, mechanical seals, shoulder seals, Oil seals, O rings, studs, nuts & bolts, gaskets, Gland packing and cleaning from dirts, oil and grease, reassembling the pump, coupling with motor, trial run etc complete. The cost is inclusive of all labour charges and cost of all seals, O rings, studs, nuts & bolts, gaskets, gland packings, lock nut etc to be replaced.

OD149806/2024-2025:Servicing and overhauling of 800A/1000A 50kA MDO type ACB including supply of ACB maintenance kit, Visual inspection for any broken parts and replace as needed. Clean and lubricate all mechanical linkages. Inspect all breakers, remove all covers and arc extinguishing shields, inspect for damage, wear and deterioration, clean and lubricate as required. The rate is inclusive of all labour and cost of damaged parts to be replaced.

OD149822/2024-2025:Supply and erection of 3.3/11kV Vacuum circuit breaker of draw out type suitable for installation in the existing switchgear cubicles (indoor). The breaker shall comply with IEC 62271-100 / IS13118 (1991) for circuit breaker and IEC 62271-200 for the switch gear and latest amendment thereof. Construction of breaker shall be such that the points, which require frequent maintenance, shall be easily accessible. The circuit breakers shall be spring operated, motor/manually charging of the spring feature, manually released. VCB shall have spring closing mechanism for 3pole simultaneous operation. The speed of closing operation shall be independent of the speed of hand operating level. The indication device shall show the OPEN and CLOSE position of breaker visible from the front of cubical. The circuit breakers shall be type tested as per IEC 62271.
