OD135246/2024-2025:Supply of KWA approved reputed make self water lubricated vertical turbine pump set with all protection measures having min 70% efficiency with Bronze impeller, stainless steel shaft , SS shaft sleeves,MS fabricated discharge head & Motor stool , supported by antifriction thrust bearing, MS flanged column pipe (maximum length 1.5m per each, and painted with anti corrosive paint two coats) of min 8mm thick assembly with SS strainer ,with necessary non reversible ratchet arrangement , water cooling system for thrust bearing assembly and all accessories conforming to revevant IS. The pumpset shall be coupled with motor specified. The pump shall confirm to the following specifications as given below; Discharge - 31.25lps Speed - 1440 RPM Total head - 105 m. Depth of well - 12. 00 m from the floor slab( Contractor has to ensure the head). Supplying, Kirloskar / Crompton / BHEL / Marathon / Alstom/equivalent KWA approved make Vertical hollow Shaft , TEFC ,squirrel cage induction motor with effciency class IE2 or higher ,suitable for direct coupling with the above pump with speed 1440 RPM or nearest capable to operate on voltage of 440 Volt (+/-10%) 50HZ , (+/-3%) AC 3 phase, 50 degree (amb) temp rise, class F insulation, with all standard specifications conforming to relevant IS and IE rules, Motor Efficiency more than 90 % (Motor shall be energy efficient and supporting certificates to be submitted to prove IE2 or IE3). Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of air cooled resin cast fully automatic auto transformer starter having 40, 60,80 % tapings, combined with powder coated 2 mm thick steel sheath dust and vermin proof floor mounted control cubical panel associated with in/out cable entry boxes for accommodating the following parameters for controlling functions of the fully automatic auto transformer starter, suitable for above motor . The starter must contain all relevant protections like Overload/under voltage/single phasing /phase reversal etc with suitable electronic motor protection relay of reputed make, indicating lamps for each phase & trip , 3 Nos Ammeter , 1 No Voltmeter with selector switch , Incoming MCCB with rotory handle, aircooled contactors, electronic timers of reputed make. Supply of suitable dust and vermin proof cubical type control panel common for both pumpsets with 14swg sheathed and powder coated CRCA sheet consisting of suitable rating MCCBs for one incomer and 2 Nos outgoing as per EI standards , CT operated Voltmeter & Ammeter with selector switch (one for incoming and for each outgoing),kWh meter (for each outgoing),PF meter, pilot lamps, toggle swtches, Necesaary bus bar arrangements, mechanical/electrical interlock for operating one pumpset only at a time. Supply of reputed make ISI marked capacitor conforming to IS 2834 (relevant IS) suitable for above motors with capacitor duty contractors/ isolators for working with unity power factor fitted in the control panel . Supply of suitable size best quality ISI marked heavy duty D/F sluice valve PN 1.6 as per IS 14846 with CI Body ,Br LTB2 Rings , SS410 Spindle, Br LTB2 stem Nut & Non Return valve as per IS 5312 ,PN 1.6 with Body CI , SS410 Hinge pin, Br LTB2 Body ring suitable for above pump sets. Supply reputed make 150 mm dia Glycerin filled pressure gauge with Regulator cock and all accessories suitable for the each pump set. Supply of suitable size 3.5 Core XLPE armored Aluminum conductor cable for each set conforming to relevant IS for giving power connection from MSB to SSB , SSB to starter, starter to motor, capacitor etc. complete as per standards including end termination materials as per IE rules and EI regulations layed over cable trays / cable trench. Supply and providing suitable sized copper conductor with all required materials for earthing the motor, starter, capacitor etc as per IE rules. Providing plate earthling using suitable sized GI earth plate buried against at a depth of 3.00m from ground level with alternate layers at charcoal and salt including supplying fixing at 38mm dia perforated GI pepe funnel for water purpose etc as per IE rules. Erection of the motor pump set, starter panel boards, capacitors etc on suitable concrete foundation giving power connecting cables to panel board to starters, starter to motor, capacitors, providing end termination, earthing of equipment supply & fitting necessary 8mm thick MS pipes and specials to connect the delivery of pump set to the header pipe by necessary interconnection and fabrication etc including 1 No Dismantling joint at delivery of each pump set, getting approval from Electrical Inspectorate, taking trial run to the satisfaction of department officers including any other works and cost of materials required for the commissioning of the motor pumpset as per standards. 2 year maintenance etc after verifying duty conditions complete
