OD186370/2024-2025:Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical all items inconnection with Tertiary Treatment Plant, like wiring materials, (TOD Meter, CTPT Units, Protective equipment, Cable laying works and its connections, Yard structures, All electrical Panel Boards, 11KV sub station works, RMU works, vacuum circuit breaker works, indoor/outdoor Transformer works(HT & LT)(Transformer not included),cubicle works, earthing ,Panel board works, UG cable works, APFC works, Capacitor panel works, HTpanel boards,LT panel board works, Lead acid cell battery charger, automatic twin battery charger works, safety works & items approved by Kerala Electrical Inspectorate , , CCTV works for all the areas in the Tertiary Treatment plant & outside(8Nos 5Mp camera with all connected items one moth back up ),cables from main panel board to WTP and connected components, and all other electrical works for the satisfactory completion of the electrical works. All the other cable works related to Electrical works, Supply and works of required Earthing, supplying and laying chequered plates Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical all items in connection with Tertiary Treatment Plant and recycling plants like wiring materials, , ,wiring with suitable quality wires with sufficient number of Light(36 w led tube lights evenly fitted as minimum Two numbers per 100 sqfeet so that minimum two lights in a room), Fan(Minimum one number per 100 sq feet so that minimum one Fan in a room), Minimum three plug pints of light and one for Power per 100 sqfeet and other necessary switches and plug points of suitable ratings wherever necessary as per direction of departmental officers subject to the condition that minimum 1 fan , 2 led 36 w lights, 2 plug points, and one power plug in each room and as per design of Tertiary Treatment Plant for the satisfactory completion of the work, Yard lighting works as directed by departmental officers, Providing and fixing all fixtures including Ceiling Fan, Exhaust Fan, Pedestal Fan, wall mounted Fan and LED Lights of good quality wherever necessary and all other electrical works ,Supply and installation of MCBs wherever required for lighting and power loads, CCTV works for all the areas in the Tertiary Treatment Plant & outside(8Nos 5Mp camera with all connected items one month back up ),supply and laying cables from main panel board to Tertiary Treatment Plant with adequate sizes and connected components and in accordance with safety standards , Required structures, supply and installation of all protective equipment and all safety works and items as per the standards of Electrical Inspectorate, supply an installation of lightning arrester as per IS specification, all safety equipment etc complete as per latest IE rules as per directions of departmental officers and items approved by Kerala Electrical Inspectorate, Drawings for the electrical inspectorate.(All the work must be in accordance with Electrical Inspectorate standards.) and all other electrical works for the satisfactory completion of the same .All the other cable works related to Electrical works, Supply and works of required Earthing and all related mechanical works . All paper and allied works with necessary statutory fees at Electrical inspectorate and KSEB Limited for approval and to be got approved by Electrical Inspectorate and connection from KSEBL. All the approved diagrams and receipts from KSEBL and Inspectorate in original must be submitted to plant in charge after successful commissioning of the electrical items (All the work must be in accordance with Electrical Inspectorate standards.)
