od197193/2021_2022 : Comprehensive Maintenance Contract Charges for five lifts (10 Paxx-1, 8 Paxx -3, 6 Paxx -1) for the fourth year, Inclusive of all labour charges, spares, consumables, wear and tear items, all fusible items, timely fulfillment of all statutory norms such as insurance, licenses etc.<br>Break down calls to be attended within 12 working hours.<br>Payment of CMC charges shall be on pro-rata quarterly basis after completion of each quarter.<br>Penalty for period in which the lift is out of order in excess of 72 hours, shall be @Rs.1500/-(Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only) per 24 hours for each lift separately from the time of break down, further details of the CMC charges and percentage to be filled as per annexure E<br>
