Storage Tank

2000 Ltr calorifier tank made low carbon steel, double Vitreous enameled single coil hot water storage tank with standard utility ports, magnesium sacrificial anode, duly insulated with 100mm rock wool insulation with 20 guage aluminium cladding, top manifold for inspection and cleaning. Temperature guage, air release valve, temperature and pressure release valve, electrical heating port provision alone without heater coils with necessary mounting supports/legs and lifting hooks etc. complete testing to withstand 6kg/cm2 pressure

Solar flat plate collectors of minimum 100 Litre capacity of (Approximate 2mt x 1mt size) BIS certified Copper tube and fins as collector area, low iron 4mm glass cover and aluminium framed structure and necessary supports etc complete as required at site.

Heat Pumps

Air to water heat pump of minimum capacity of 250 litre per hour and having 10kW or nearest output capacity and 2.5 kW or nearest input power requirement working on 3 Phase electrical power at ambient temperature of 20 deg C, CFC free refrigerant, evaporator coil with coating for corrosion prevention, tube in tube copper / SS heat exchanger, expansion valves, expansion vessels, hot gas bypass arrangements, high efficiency fans, with necessary prewired digital control panel with BMS compatibility for automatic operation based on temperature requirement and all the required motor starter circuits, motor overload & short circuit protection components, metering / controls / indication / sensors and related accessories with provision for cable entry size upto 4C x 6 Sqmm Aluminium conductor housed in a powder coated steel housing pre factory tested and certified.

Timer based operating Automatic hot water recirculation pumps ( 1 HP or nearest ) as per manufacturer / OEM specification & standards. (1W + 1S) -Make- Kirloskar or Equivalent

Circulation pump of required capacity to circulate water between solar panels and calorifier tank with differential temperature controller including all other accessories required for the operation such as RTD etc . (1W+1S ) Make- Kirloskar or Equivalent

25mm copper pipeline between solar collectors and calorifier tank and heat pumps with suitable thickness nitrile rubber sleeve insulation and aluminium tape covering etc complete as required at site including adequate supporting for pipe lines

Centralized Control Panel for the operation of heat pumps, circulation and re circulation pumps and all other electrical accessories in the system in a dust tight, vermin proof Enclosure having provision for cable entry / outgoing as per standards with suitably rated MCB/MCCB as incomer and SP/TP MCBs as outgoing, starters, timers, motor over load protection devices, Multi function meter to read current, Voltage and Active power etc. The control connections shall be wired using PVC insulated 1 Sqmm copper conductor etc. complete using good quality and approved make of materials.(Approved make for al components- L&T, Schnider, Siemens).

Hot water system based on Heat pump alone

Providing and fixing 1" Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (SDR 11)
