10.16 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Steel  work  in round bracing rod   trusses,   Framed   works,    Auxilary   frames, bracings    etc.,   including   cutting,   welding   with   or   without connection plates, hoisting upto a height of 5m above ground level , fixing in position   including surface preparation by  shot blasting followed by  a coat of approved Epoxy Zinc phosphate primer (DFT not less than 30 micron), including  cost of bolting where   ever   required   with   special   shaped   washers   etc.   all complete as per particular specifications , CPWD Specifications and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

10.19 Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete. {M.S round holding down bolts of Grade M-4.4 or more with full threading upto 150 mm length with double nuts and washer plates all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.}

10.20 Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete. {GI connection bolts - Primary bolts of 8.8 grade and secondary connection bolts are 4.4 grade.}

OD Providing and fixing BARE Galvalume steel Roof sheeting 0.47 mm total coated thickness with zinc- aluminium coating not less than 150 grams per sqm (both sides inclusive) and strength not less than 300 mpa, sheet fixing using self drilling/self tapping fastners of corrosion resistant class-4 (Corroshield or equivalent) and providing butyl tape at all lap joints for water tightness all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge: All the Panels supplied shall have 25micron thick protective film to avoid any scratches during transportation and fixing. The laying of the roofing panels shall be done through specialised agencies having expertise in such works and joints treated with Butyl sealant tape of 5mm width and 5mm thick for water tightness, removal of protective film after completion of roofing work all complete as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge

12.51.2 Flashings / Aprons (Upto 600 mm)

13.52.1 Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work Painting with Epoxy paint on steel work in Three coats to Dry Film Thickness (DFT) of 100micron over two coats of Zinc phosphate primer or equivalent epoxy primer to a total DFT of 60 micron applied as per manufacturers specifications over all the surfaces or as specified in the drawing as per the shade approved as per the drawing and specification including preparation of surface etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. New work ( Three or more coats to achieve 100 micron DFT) over and including Two or more coats of Epoxy zinc Phosphate primer applied at minimum of 2.38 litres per 10 sqm to achieve DFT of 60 micron.
