Steel work in round bracing rod trusses, Framed works, Auxilary frames, bracings etc., including cutting, welding with or without connection plates, hoisting upto a height of 5m above ground level , fixing in position including surface preparation by shot blasting followed by a coat of approved Epoxy Zinc phosphate primer (DFT not less than 30 micron), including cost of bolting where ever required with special shaped washers etc. all complete as per particular specifications , CPWD Specifications and direction of Engineer-in- charge

Providing and Fixing M.S round holding down bolts of Grade M-4.4 or more with full threading upto 150 mm length with double nuts and washer plates all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

GI connection bolts - Primary bolts of 8.8 grade and secondary connection bolts are 4.4 grade.

Supplying and fixing 40mm thick Prefabricated Polyurethane Foam (PUF) Sandwiched Colour coated Profiled Galvalume ceiling Panels comprising of Top sheet : Slightly ribbed galvalume shed made out of Galvalume Steel sheet of 0.4 mm TCT (Total Coated Thickness), Minimum 300 MPa - yield stress, with Zincalume coating not less than 150 GSM ( both sides inclusive) and with surface coating of 15 to 20 microns of Silicon modified Polyster (SMP )or equivalent coating,, Bottom sheet : Plain sheets with slight ribs and made out of Colour coated Galvalume Steel sheet of 0.4 mm TCT, 300MPa - yield stress, with Zincalume coating not less than150 GSM (both sides inclusive) with finishing coat of 15 to 20 micron thichness SMP/ RMP coating . Core : HCFC / CFC Free (Zero ODP) Polyurethane Foam having 40 + 2 kg/cu.m density in 80 mm thick. Ceiling panel shall be fixed from box support suspended from truss & purlins laid in opposition direction. Properties of PUF core shall be as listed below : Foam Overall Density - 40 + 2 Kg / cu.m K Value at 10 Deg C - 0.023 w/sq-m Closed Cell Content - 95% min. Adhesion to Metal sheet = 1.50 kg/sq-cm Compressive strength = 1.60 kg/sq-cm Shear strength = 1.63 kg/sq-cm Water absorption = 4% in volume. Horizontal Burning Characteristics - As per IS - 11239 (Part 12) Standard 125 mm - Max. Fire Retardant (FR) & Self Extinguishing (SE) Quantity Foam. False ceiling Panels supplied shall have 25micron thick protective film to avoid any scrathes during transporation and fixing. The laying of the roofing panels shall be done through specialised agencies having expertise in such works and joints treated with Butyl sealant tape of 5mm width and 5mm thick for water tightness, removal of protective film after completion of roofing work all complete as per manufacturers specifications and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note :-The sheets shall be clean, bright, smooth and free from cracks and split ends, twist and surface flaws etc.

Supplying and fixing 50mm thick Prefabricated Polyurethane Foam (PUF) Sandwiched Colour coated Profiled Galvalume wall & Partition Panels upto a height of 5.00 m (partition Panel - 4M Ht) above ground /plinth level ( whichever is higher) comprising of outer sheet : Slightly ribbed galvalume shed made out of Galvalume Steel sheet of 0.4mm TCT (Total Coated Thickness), Minimum 300 MPa - yield stress, with Zincalume coating not less than 150 GSM (both sides inclusive) and with surface coating of 15 to20 microns of Silicon modified Polyster (SMP) or equivalent coating,, Inner sheet : Plain sheets with slight ribs and made out of Colour coated Galvalume Steel sheet of 0.4 mm TCT, 300MPa - yield stress, with Zincalume coating not less than 150 GSM (both sides inclusive) with finishing coat of 15 to 20 micron thichness SMP/ RMP coating. Wall Panel &shall be fixed on to the purlin /wall panelling frame work, girts with required number of ( As per designed wind force as per IS -875 Part-III) self drilling fasteners of 5.5mm dia and 105 mm long and of Corrosion resistant class-IV having Zinc and Tin mechanically plated over the fastner and with EPDM washer (Coforming to ASTM standards) and of approved make all complete as per manufacturer's specifications. Providing and fixing BARE Galvalume steel sheet wall sheeting accessories 0.47 mm total coated thickness with zinc- aluminium coating not less than 150 grams per sqm (both sides inclusive) and strenght not less than 300 mpa, sheet fixing using self drilling/self tapping fastners of corrosion resistant class-4 ( Corroshield or equivalent) and providing butyl tape at all lap joints for water tightness all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge:

Painting with Epoxy paint on steel work in Three coats to Dry Film Thickness (DFT) of 100micron over two coats of Zinc phosphate primer or equivalent epoxy primer to a total DFT of 60 micron applied as per manufacturers specifications over all the surfaces or as specified in the drawing as per the shade approved as per the drawing and specification including preparation of surface etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. New work ( Three or more coats to achieve 100 micron DFT) over and including Two or more coats of Epoxy zinc Phosphate primer applied at minimum of 2.38 litres per 10 sqm to achieve DFT of 60 micron.

Carrying out structural Analysis and Design and supply of structural drawings for various steel structure (PEB) Primarily consisting of Rigid Portal Frames including electrically operated overhead travelling crane/hoist with its supporting structure/ movable girders, brackets, Rails etc., all complete strictly following all the relevant codes of Bureau of Indian standards like IS-875, IS-800, IS- 2062, IS-1893 etc., The design shall also include RCC footings for steel stanchions of Rigid portal frames and also the RCC column footings for the RC framed peripheral wall of 2.3 height and steel framed supporting auxiliary structure for fixing the wall cladding sheets on all the Four sides of the Hanger Structure all complete as per the directions of Engineer- In- Charge. The rate also includes preparation & submission of shop Drawings/ Fabrication drawings, connection details of joints including all bolted / welded and riveted joints as per design and obtaining approval for all the drawings from any IIT/ NIT/ IISC/CET. The drawing shall be signed by a person of the rank of a professor in token of approval towards proof checking of the design and drawings.
