OD38372/2024-2025 Providing and fixing in position powder coated Anodized aluminum windows with sliding shutters, using double track sections of JINDAL make; frame section of size 61.85 x 31.75 mm, with 1.2 mm thick, bottom section weighing 0.695 kg/m, sides and top sections 1.3 mm, thick weight 0.659 kg/m; and shutter comprising top and bottom section of size 40 x 18 mm, 1.25 mm thick 0.417 kg/m; shutter outer side 40 x 18 mm, 1.25 mm, thick weight 0.417 kg/m, shutter interlock section 40 x 26.7 mm, 1.1 mm thick, weight 0.469 kg/m, the shutter mounted on nylon rollers with approved quality of fixtures such as aluminum handles tower bolts etc; and providing and fixing 4 mm, thick (Modi guard/saint gobain) glass for shutters fitted with rubber /PVC beading aluminum sections anodized 12 to 15 microns, including cutting to required length, joints mitered subdividing the frame tenanted and riveted in the assembled frame stiffened with end clips at corners angles etc., and fixed to the walls, lintels, floor beams/sills as the case may be with necessary steel screws, rawl plugs, or teak wood gatties including cutting masonry or concrete and making good the original surface using cement mortar. The rate shall include cost and conveyance of all materials, fixing placing/fitting in position etc complete as directed.

Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel plier wedge clips of required thickness, leveling systems and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. OD38466/2024-2025 Preparation of surface by raking out joints, by grinding/roughing/providing grips for proper bounding to the existing cement floors etc and clearing undulations of surface, cleaning the surface for preparation of vitrified tiles.
