od1048/2023_2024 : Supply and fixing of Modified Clay Material of PHOMI make or approved equivalent, Facing Brick Series design, Eco friendly Building Material, manufactured through unfired patented (Ref: US patent 8505840 B2 & European Patent 2157139) manufacturing technology, bonded together by using low heat temperature and having CE approval. The material should be flexible, having good impact resistance, water resistant, Fire resistant and durable with a min. warranty of 10 years. MCM Phomi cladding panels to be fixed with suitable PU, Cement, Polymer based adhesive depending on the substrate with either Kerakol, Laticrete, Roffe, Pidilite. The material should be suitable for fixing on exterior, interior, flooring, ceiling, furniture covering and landscaping. Rate shall be inclusive of grouting of approved shade with required filling and pointing method to be used. For wet areas, MCM Phomi panels to be fixed with resin based adhesive to avoid efflorescence. For all flooring, bathroom and kitchen walls and wet area applications, protective PU coat to be used. The materials should have Abrasion resistance as per ASTM C241/C241M-15 of 8. Gray Scale value of 4 under ASTM G154-12a Cycle 1 & ASTM D2244-15a & ASTM D2616-12. Static Coefficient of friction as per ASTM C1028-07, Dry condition 1.11 and wet condition 0.70. Chemical Resistance as per ANSI Z124.6-2007 clause 5.20 with total rating of 76 and maximum stain depth 0.101mm. Water absorption ASTM C97/C97M-15 12.40 and Bulk specific gravity of 1.83. The product should be certified by Singapore Environment Council as Eco Friendly Building Material. The rates quoted shall be all inclusive for installation by the manufacturers authorised team. The work shall be executed as per approval and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Manufacturer’s warranty certificate to be submitted for 10 years.
