The Lift should have Anti nuisance car call protection, Overload Device, Nudging, Emergency Firemen’s Service, Emergency Car Light Unit, Infrared Curtain Door Protection, Door Time Protection, Emergency Alarm Button, Manual Rescue Operation, Belt Inspection Drive, Auto Fan Cut Off, Car Chime, Voice Synthesizer, Intercom, preparing drawings for approval from statutory bodies including Liaoning and obtain operating sanction and license in Form F 2. The rate should include the charges for doing the necessary reinforcement works to make the existing lift well suitable for the proposed lift. 3 The whole system should cope with relevant IS Codes Part (1) and (2) code of practices.4.Every component, like Rails, Controller, Diverter Pulley, made of steel , steel wire rope, Machine Drive, Auto door and door sensor, COP, LOP etc should be clearly specified along with offer.
