Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. Insulated copper bus bar for phase of size 25X6, Insulated neutral copper bus of size 25 x 3. The panel Board should be fitted on the base frame for panel board using channels of class designation 75 including cutting,welding, drilling holes,painting two coats of synthatic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate paint botling the frame to the panel and to the furnished floor using required bolts and nuts making good the dameges colour washing and including providing and fixing the following switch gears etc as required.INCOMER 125A MOTORIZED CHANGE OVER -1 NO ,OUT GOINGS 40A DP MCB - 4 NO.S, Panel Shall be Electrically Interlocked If necessary, Spare compartment shall be with sealing provision. The charges for all control wiring, loading and unloading, testing and commissioning are included. The cable entry may be bottom or top as per direction of Engineer in charge, The Panel shall be Fabricated as per Electrical Inspectorate, KSEB, CPRI & other relevant codes and standards.
