Providing and fixing to existing door frames 24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (±0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanized M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x24mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness, fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S. rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (For W.C. and bathroom door shutter).and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel.

INTERIOR FURNISHING WORKS

Design, fabricating supplying and fixing low level sale counter of 70cms wide and 80cms height above the floor level as per the approved lay out plan, specification and direction of the consultant. The sale counter shall be fabricated at site by using 18mm thick 9 ply marine plywood manufactured by reputed firms and confirming to ISI brand and duly pre approved by the authorities and having one intermediate storage compartments between the top and middle planks of the counter. The top of the counter shall be fixed by means of brass/ SS screws with 18mm thick 9 ply 70cms wide marine plywood placed vertically at one meter centre to centre and finishing the counter top with 2mm or nearest available thick laminations of approved colour design and brand using synthetic resin. The exposed faces at front and side shall be decorated with T.W beadings and panels to make it most attractive and aesthetic and all other exposed faces are to be painted two or more coat with synthetic enamel paint. All the joints and edges of the frame work shall be lipped and rounded off with Teak/rose wood beading including all cost and labour for providing ornamental groves, broadering, nosing, cornicing, providing flap doors made of 12mm thick marine ply wood etc., complete.

Design fabricating, supplying and fixing high level cash counter of 60cms wide at top and 110cms height above the floor level and arranged in L-shape having a total length of not less than 1.50m. The cash counter so fabricated shall be provided with one drawer, one cupboard and one pullout Key board for computer operation, all hardware fixtures, locking arrangements etc., accessories and as per approved lay out plan, specification and direction of the consultant. The cash counter shall be fabricated at site with 18mm thick 9 ply marine ply wood of reputed companies and confirming to ISI designation and framed with 60cms wide marine plywood boards for top and 60cms wide boards for verticals placed at required intervals to have the design shape and fixed with brass or stainless steel screws. The top of the cash counter shall be finished with 18mm thick granite slab of chilly red or Ruby red colour. The front and other exposed faces at ends shall be paneled with T.W and finished to aesthetic appearance with architectural moldings cornice works beading etc., including cost and labour for rounding of the edges and corners with Teak/rose wood lippings, painting the other exposed inner faces with 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of wood primer etc., complete.

Supplying fabricating, providing and fixing cloth racks of matching pattern of the Sale counter and cash counter and having 40cms depth and about 250cms height arranged in above the floor level at the rate of 5 steps in each rack including bottom fixed at 60cms to centre duly bifurcated with vertical boards placed at 100cms C/C or as per the site condition, direction of the consultant. The cloth rack so designed shall be fabricated and formed by using 1st class ISI approved 19mm thick 9 ply marine ply wood manufactured by reputed firms like century, kits etc., Each compartment of the racks shall be provided with 4mm thick plain glass sliding shutter fixed in 2 run brass rails with rollers. The top and bottom of the cloth racks shall be provided with decorative Teak wood ornamental mouldings with cornice works of pleasing appearance as directed by the consultant. All the front exposed ends, joints and corners of the ply wood shall be finished with Teak wood/rose wood beading and all other faces both inside, outsides, top etc., shall be finished with two or more coat white colour Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand and all the cloth racks in the showroom shall be interconnected without leaving any gaps so as to have an homogeneous and single piece appearance and firmly fixed to the walls using rowel plugs, steel screws etc., complete as per direction of the consultant-South Sidem, East & Store Room

Supplying and providing full height glass partition wall in front of the showroom using 12mm thick toughened plain glass of reputed brand and fixing to the floor and roof by providing Heavy duty powder coated Aluminium frames at bottom and top as per direction

Supplying and providing glass doors in front of the Showroom using 12mm thick toughened plain glass of reputed brand and fixing in position by providing pivots and heavy duty Aluminium or S.S frame work at top and bottom including all cost and labour for providing architectural design works in the glass, floor springs, hinges, 30cms long C.P brass handless on both side, pivots etc., complete-DOOR

Supplying and providing an openable hinged door of 100cms x 200cms size connecting the two adjacent cloth rack erected on the back side of the showroom so as to have an entry to the store room provide at back side3. The door shall be made of 9mm thick 9 ply marine ply wood and the front shall be fully covered by fixing 5.50 mm thick mirror by using Synthetic resin and brass screws and side furnished with T.W leadings etc., including cost and labour providing all essential hardware handles and painting the exposed faces with synthetic enamel paint two or more coat over a primer etc., complete as per direction.

Supplying fabricating and erecting a display cum Exhibition chamber of 1.50m x 0.80m floor space having 2.5M height inside the showroom facing entry side near glass partition wall which shall be mounted on a plat form made about 30cms above floor level of the show room using 19mm thick 9 ply marine ply wood for bottom, back sides and top and one side shall be openable by providing proper hinges, Tower bolts, locking arrangements etc., and painting two or more coat over a priming coat to all the exposed faces with Synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and brand, making provision for providing spot lights, exhibiting display goods inside the chamber etc., as per specification.

Supplying, providing and erecting reflective name board of approved uniform design for Hanveev as per the strict direction of the authorities. The designated letters moulded in 304 grade (22 gauge stainless steel both in Malayalam and English with the pattened logo of Hanveev shall be inserted to the ACP work by means of 3mm SS bolts at the rate of not less than 4 bolts for big letters and 2 nos in the case of small letters including all cost and labour for fixing the letter in position to lines and level bire and labour for scaffolding, providing and fixing reflective stickers of the approved colour on letters etc., complete

Supplying fabricating and providing flap doors at the entrance of sale counter and of size not less than 50cms x 60cms size. REWIRING AND PROVIDING ELECTRICAL FITTINGS Supplying and wiring points with due provision for connecting the line with the terminal of Invertors for restoring the power automatically at the time of power failure as the case may be according to IS 732-1989 using rigid PVC conduit of minimum size 20mm conforming to IS 9537 part III 1983 with suitable size specials conforming to IS 3419-1988 fixing the conduit using metal saddles spacing not exceeding 50cm or concealed suitably and with 1.00sqmm or 1.5Sq.mm according to connected powerboads. FR PVC insulated stranded single core copper conductor cable 650V grade, and continuous earthling with 1.5sq.mm green colured FR PVC insulated stranded single core copper conductor cable 650V grade, generally conforming to IS 694-1990, complete with suitable size modular type metal switch boxes, modular type front plates (white or off white) etc. upto and including cost of providing 6A modular type SP switches and making good the surface of wall, colour washing etc, complete. All the terminations in the switch boards and DBS shall be tinned and the wires shall be drawn and fixed along the periphery of the box using suitable ties, tie mounts etc as required. Supplying conveyance installation testing and commissioning of ceiling fans of 1200mm sizes using standard accessories excluding resistant type regulator, wiring the down rod with 16/0.2mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 650/1100V grade 3 core round copper conductor flux wire or with extended original wiring etc., as directed by the consultant.

Supplying and installation of sheet steel phosphatised and painted, dust and vermin proof enclosure for MCBDB including copper/brass bus bar neutral link, earth bus bar and DIN rail suitable for fixing MCB/isolator etc., which are essencially required for the DB, fixed on wall using suitable anchor bolts or fixed in recess including cutting hole on the wall, making good the damages, colur washing etc., as required. Supplying and proving plate Earthing as per IS 3043 with 600 x 600 x 6.3mm G1/C1 earth plate, 20mm GI watering pipe, duly fixed to the GI plate using 20mm x 3mm GI clamps, GI funnel with weld mesh filling required quantity of charcoal including construction of inspection chamber of not less than 300mm x 300mm x 300mm inside measurements, duly constructed in 10cms thick brick work in C.M 1:6 and laid over 10cms thick a bed concrete of 1:4:8 mix concrete using 40mm broken stone, plastering both sides of masonry and top of P.C.C with C.M, 1:4, 12mm thick etc., but excluding test joint, earth continuity, conductor to the plate and providing R.C.C covering slab, filling the pit by ordering soil etc., complete.
