Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 one coat 12mm thick to the inside and outside walls using best quality river sand and cement of reputed brand including all cost and labour for mixing, laying, floated hard, trowelled smooth, hire and labor for providing scaffolding, curing and keeping the surface wet continuously for a minimum period of seven days, etc as per approved specification and direction

Providing and fixing at all heights false ceiling of 12.5mm thick tapered edge gypsum board confirming to IS 2095 including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections power pressed from M.S sheet and galvanised in accordance with zinc coating 600 as per I.S 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm and 1.6mm thick with flanges of 22mm and 37mm duly fixed at 1200mm centre to centre, one flange shall be fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener of 12.5mm dia x 40mm long with 6mm dia bolts to the angle hangers of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm of required length, and the other end of the angle hanger being fixed with nuts and bolts of G.I channels 45mm x 15mm x 0.9mm running at the rate of 1200mm centre to centre to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having clips of 10.5mm at 450mm centre to centre shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long GI wire at every Junction including fixing the gypsum board with ceiling section and perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long – The perimeters of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre to centre with 25mm long drive all screws @ 230mm interval including jointing and fixing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the gypsum boards with recommended filler, paper tapes, finisher, and two coats of primer suitable for gypsum boards as per manufacturers specification and also including the costs of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts etc., made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed all complete as per drawing, specification and direction of consultant including cost and labour for painting the surface two or more coat with synthetic enamel paint, hire charges for scaffolding etc., complete.

Painting the rolling shutters with best quality synthetic enamel paint two or more coats over a priming coat of approved colour, brand and make confirming to ISI specification including cost of all materials, hire and labour for providing scaffolding as per direction and approved specification of East Side Shutter North Side and Top Cover

Painting the walls and ceiling two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved quality brand and colour two or more coats over a priming coat including all hire and labour for scaffolding etc., as per specification Walls inside - South, East & West, Outside -East & West, Front & Ceiling

Supplying, providing and erecting reflective name board of approved uniform design for Hanveev as per the strict direction of the authorities. INTERIOUR FURNISHING WORKS

Supplying and providing fully glazed partition wall with openable glass door approximate of size 120cm x 220cms using 12mm toughened glass of deputed brand as approved and certified by the marketing manager duly framed in heavy duty Aluminium section of suitable size including all cost and labour for providing S.S. handles on both side, hinges floor springs, locking arrangements etc., hardware items of approved brand as per direction of the site incharge

Dismantling the existing customer counter from the old showroom carefully without making any damages to the counter or other structures and fixing the same in the new show room including all cost and labour for conveyance loading and unloading charges repairing the damaged parts, replacing the broken glasses, painting the exposed face two coats using best quality synthetic enamel paint etc complete a per the direction of the site in charge

Dismantling the existing clothe racks carefully from the old showroom without making any damages to the racks to any other structure including all cost and labour for repairing including all cost and labour for conveyance loading and unloading charges, repairing and reconditioning the damaged part, replacing the broken glasses and the parts painting the exposed faces two coats using best quality synthetic enamel paint etc complete a per the direction of the site in charge

Design fabricating supplying and fixing new low level sale counter of 60cms wide and 80cms height approximately above the floor level as per the approved lay out plan specification and direction of the consultant. The sale counter shall be fabricated at site by using 18mm thick 9 ply marine plywood manufactured by reputed firms and confirming to ISI brand and duly pre approved by the authorities and having one intermediate storage compartments between the top and middle planks of the counter. The top of the counter shall be fixed by means of brass/ SS screws with 12mm thick 70cms wide plain glass of approved brand so as to have an aesthetic view inside the showroom. The exposed faces at front and side shall be decorated with T.W beadings and panels to make it most attractive and aesthetic and all other exposed faces are to be painted two or more coat with synthetic enamel paint. All the joints and edges of the frame work shall be lipped and rounded off with Teak/rose wood beading including all cost and labour for providing ornamental groves, boardering, nosing, cornicing etc., complete (TOTAL LENGTH AS PER DESIGN 4.10 + 3.60 + 7.70 M) DEDUCT QUANTITY AVAILABLE 3.30 + 4.40 M)

Supplying fabricating and providing flap doors on the appropriate places of the counter and of size not less than 50cms x 60cms size. The door shutter shall be fabricated using 12mm thick marine plywood duly framed with 37mm x 25mm teak wood framed work alround the shutter including all cost and labour for providing piano types brass hinges, powder coated aluminium, Tower bolts of 150mm size, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints 2 coats over a priming coat etc as per direction

Supplying fabricating, providing and fixing cloth racks of matching pattern of the Sale counter and cash counter and having 40cms depth and about 250cms height arranged in above the floor level in 5 racks in each including bottom fixed at 60cms to centre duly bifurcated with vertical boards placed at 100cms C/C or as per the site condition, direction of the consultant and the whole work shall be fabricated and formed by using 1st class ISI approved 19mm thick 9 ply marine ply wood manufactured by reputed firms like century, kits etc., Each compartment of the racks shall be provided with 4mm thick plain glass sliding shutter fixed in 2 run brass rails with rollers. The top and bottom of the cloth racks shall be provided with decorative Teak wood ornamental mouldings with cornice works of pleasing appearance as directed by the consultant. All the front exposed ends, joints and corners of the ply wood shall be finished with Teak wood/rose wood beading and all other faces both inside, outsides, top etc., shall be finished with two or more coat white colour Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand over a coat of primary wood primer. All the cloth racks in the showroom shall be interconnected without leaving any gaps so as to have an homogeneous and single piece appearance and firmly fixed to the walls using rowel plugs, steel screws etc., complete as per direction of the consultant.

ELECTRIFICATION WORK

Supplying and wiring points with due provision for connecting the line with the terminal of Invertors for restoring the power automatically at the time of power failure as the case may be according to IS 732-1989 using rigid PVC conduit of minimum size 20mm conforming to IS 9537 part III 1983 with suitable size specials conforming to IS 3419-1988 fixing the conduit using metal saddles spacing not exceeding 50cm or concealed suitably and with 1.00sqmm or 1.5Sq.mm according to connected power boards. FR PVC insulated stranded single core copper conductor cable 650V grade, and continuous earthling with 1.5sq.mm green coloured FR PVC insulated stranded single core copper conductor cable 650V grade, generally conforming to IS 694-1990, complete with suitable size modular type metal switch boxes, modular type front plates (white or off white) etc. upto and including cost of providing 6A modular type SP switches and making good the surface of wall, colour washing etc, complete. All the terminations in the switch boards and DBS shall be tinned and the wires shall be drawn and fixed along the periphery of the box using suitable ties, tie mounts etc as required. Supplying and providing single control A.C point including cost of wiring as per the detailed specification of item No.1 above using 4sq.mm PVC insulated stranded single core copper conductor cable 650V grade and continuous earthing with2.5sq.mm green coloured F1 PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable 650V grad etc., as per standard specification

Supplying conveyance installation testing and commissioning of prewired florescent fittings of 1200mm x 50 Watts type complete with electronic choke, starter and fluorescent tube etc., directly on wall or ceiling with T.W roud block nearly painted to suit the fitting and giving connection with required length of 16/0.2mm 3 core copper conductor flex wire confirming to relevant ISS and giving connections etc., complete

Supplying conveyance installation testing and commissioning of ceiling fans of 1200mm sizes using standard accessories excluding resistant type regulator, wiring the down rod with 16/0.2mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 650/1100V grade 3 core round copper conductor flux wire or with extended original wiring etc., as directed by the consultant.

Supplying conveyance, installation testing and commissioning of prewired Angle batten fitting with 180mm dia LED A.C False ceiling down LED lights 15 watt of approved brand having U.L certification and NMRE approval with 3 years warranty etc., as per direction.

Single control light point with earth all accessories duly fixed on false ceiling LED ornamental spot lights at the rate of at least 6 lights controlled by one switch.(Payment shall be restricted by the number of switches and not on the base of bulbs)

Supplying and installation of sheet steel phosphatised and painted, dust and vermin proof enclosure for MCBDB including copper/brass bus bar neutral link, earth bus bar and DIN rail suitable for fixing MCB/isolator etc., which are essencially required for the DB, fixed on wall using suitable anchor bolts or fixed in recess including cutting hole on the wall, making good the damages, colur washing etc., as required. (Group A)

Supplying and proving plate Earthing as per IS 3043 with 600 x 600 x 6.3mm G1/C1 earth plate, 20mm GI watering pipe, duly fixed to the GI plate using 20mm x 3mm GI clamps, GI funnel with weld mesh filling required quantity of charcoal including construction of inspection chamber of not less than 300mm x 300mm x 300mm inside measurements, duly constructed in 10cms thick brick work in C.M 1:6 and laid over 10cms thick a bed concrete of 1:4:8 mix concrete using 40mm broken stone, plastering both sides of masonry and top of P.C.C with C.M, 1:4, 12mm thick etc., but excluding test joint, earth continuity, conductor to the plate and providing R.C.C covering slab, filling the pit by ordering soil etc., complete.
