Providing & making of the 125mm thk Acoustical Door shutter in hard wood frame of 75x37.5mm all around both side and intermediate frame of 50x37.5mm @ 600 mm c/c in both direction, keep 50mm thk 1000gsm density micron in between frame both side with 01 layer of 10kg/m2 Tec sound & 01 layer of 12.5mm thk plain gypsum board in between both hardwood frame work, Door Shutter shall be finished with 1.5mm thk Laminate as per Architect, design drawing & pattern. Finishing treatment

Providing & fixing stretch fabric gripper system (UK) UPVC Grippers,standard,cove mono,edge, but as required by design & manufacture's specifications.CORE - Fire retardant compressible polyster padding of 25mm thk including scaffolding etc complete.Work will be carried out as per drawing & instruction of Acoustic Consultant/ Site Engineer /Architect. FRAME : Gripper fix on 75 x 12mm ply (fire retardant) patty with 25 mm thk Polyster padding as required by design. INSTALLATION: Installation in accordance with drawings and manufacturer's instruction. Installation of grippers in maximum fabric without wrinkles or folds, maintaining horizontal / vertical alignment of warp /woof of fabric, force fabric edges into clamping jaws, using tools and techniques that will not damage finish of the fabric complete to the satisfaction of the site Engineer-In-Charge. SUBMITTALS : Shop drawings indicating location, size, type,including frame, core & fabric finish components, for each panel in project. Drawings indicating construction details of interface with adjacent construction. The rates shall includes the shapes, pattern as mentioned in the drawing indicating graphics if any.

Providing & fixing of Black Crape fabric on perforated gypsum ceiling tile with 75x12mm thk (FR) Ply patty as per grooves & pattern mentioned in drawing in line & level including scaffolding etc complete, Work will be carried out as per drawing & instruction of Acoustic Consultant / Site Engineer /Architect. Basic Rate of Fabric- = Rs - 225/mtr NOTE : Install Crape fabric without wrinkles or folds maintaining horizontal / vertical alignment of warp/ woof of fabric using technique that will not damage the finish of fabric

Providing & fixing of 800gsm cut pile carpet with 06mm thk underlay to be fixed on cinema tiers as per design & drawing of Architect, Surface shall be clean properly before installing carpet, Carpet shall be fix with adhesive as per manufacture specifications, in perfect line & level , no joints should be visible, All as per approved design, shade & make etc complete. Complete work will be carried out as per drawing & instruction of site Engineer/Architect, (Basic Rate of Carpet- = Rs - 800/sq.mt)

Applying 3 coats of Plastic paint of approved make & shade of Asian paint or Nerolac or ICI Dulux, Surface shall be clean and sanding by sand paper & applying one coat paint & putty & again sanding & leveling & two coats of paint till approved & satisfaction of Architect to shade colour including scaffolding etc complete work will be carried out as per drawing & instruction of acoustic consultant /Site Engineer/Architect

Fabrication work

Providing & Installing screen supporting from floor in 2mm thk 18 guage M.S pipe 50mm dia external frame and 25mm dia internal frame including Elbow as per detail drawing with 100x100x19mm thk (Insu Sound-Bcap rubber of Supreme) backing on floor & slab above behind base plate, MS pipe shall be finished with Black Paint, Work will be carried out as per drawing & instruction of Acoustic consultant, site Engineer/Architect.

Providing & fixing of M.S speaker platform in M.S angle of 75mm X 75mm as per drawing with 02 layers of 19mm thk Ply above frame with fabrication, levelling etc complete including one coat of red oxide paint and two coat of Black paint as approved M.S. angle will be supported at 1200mm c/c with the 'L' bracket, The bracket will have 12mm thk (Insu Sound-B cap rubber of Supreme) in between wall & bracket. The instruction of acoustic consultant /Site Engineer /Architect.depth of the platform will be as per site.Work will be carried out as per drawing & direction as per Engineer in charge

Providing & fixing of M.S 'C' channel of 100 x 50 x 6mm @ 1200mm C/C as per drawing & wherever required as per site requirement for supporting A/C ducts, False 'ceiling with necessary support from 'I' beam including weilding, grinding, scaffolding, Channel shall be finished with 01 coat of Red oxide & 02 coat of Black Paint etc complete. Work will be carried out as per drawing & instruction of structural consultant /site Engineer/Architect.

Providing & fixing of the M.S speaker platform in M.S angle 75x 75mm as per drawing for the sub woofer Base for Atmos speaker supported from the wall with 12mm thk (Insu Sound-B cap rubber of Supreme) between the M.S frame & wall to avoid Vibrational sound in structure, including 2 layers of 19mm thk ply & 01 layer of 19mm thk rigid rubber on ply complete with necessary weilding, grinding levelling etc. complete including one coat of Red oxide paint and two coat of Black paint as approved by Architect, Vendor to give necessary shop drawing for the same for structural consultant approval Work will be carried out as per drawing & instruction of acoustic consultant/Site Engineer/Architect (Platform size : 1350 X 1000mm)

Providing & fixing of the M.S bracket in square box pipe of 50x50mm for the speaker bracket for Atmos speaker from the ceiling to be supported from the sub frame of M.S truss girder with necessary base plate & 12mm thk(Insu Sound-B cap rubber of Supreme) at Junction to avoid Vibrational sound in structure, including necessary weilding,grinding finished with 1coat of Red oxide & 2 coat of Black Paint etc complete.Vendor to give necessary shop drawing for the same for structural consultant approval Work will be carried out as per drawing & instruction of acoustic consultant/Site Engineer/Architect.

Providing & making of the isolation base for the main speaker as per drg in 02 layer of 19mm thk ply & in between ply have 01 layer of 100 x 100 x 25mm thk rigid rubber pads on all four sides & keep 25mm thk 32kg/m3 gsm density glass wool in between ply.Base shall be covered with Black resin & shall be mounted on 2 layer of 150 x 150 x 25mm thk rubber of sylomor @ 04 corners, etc complete as per detail. Work will be carried out as per drawing & instruction of acoustic consultant /Site Engineer/Architect. ( Isolation Base size = 750mm X 600mm )
