Additional rate for excavation of Pit for 'A' type pole in Laterite.

Additional rate for excavation of one Earth Pit (2.5m depth) in Laterite.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using 20mm broken stone at the HDPE & GI pipe ends for holding the pipes in position and for reconstruction cement concrete demolished as per the directions of departmental officers at site.(data from UG cable laying work to 33 kV Kelakam substation)

Fitting one set AB switch and giving connection

Mounting the cable ends of all sizes upto and incl. 3x300 sq mm with special type cable clamps incl. cost of extra materials if needed and giving necessary connections.

Excavation of cable trench in all classes of soil and backfilling after laying of cable (excluding laying of cable).

Additional rate for excavation of cable trench in exceptionally hard conditions ( like in *ordinary rock).

Laying HT XLPE UG cable (of sizes beyond 3x185 sqmm and upto and incl. 3x300 sqmm) as per specification excl. excavation and backfilling.

Doing straight joint on cables of sizes beyond 3x185 sqmm and upto and incl. 3x300 sq mm using the cable jointing kit supplied departmentally as per specification.

Doing one cable end termination on cables of sizes beyond 3x185 sqmm and upto and incl. 3x300 sq mm using the cable jointing kit supplied departmentally.

Additional rate for excavating trench on tarred/concrete surface of specified size.

Doing horizontal directional drilling along/ across roads, supplying and pulling 125mm HDPE pipe duct for drawing 11kV 3x300Sq mm Aluminium XLPE UG cable through the duct including surveying the site for collecting information about under ground utility installations and other obstructions using suitable modern sensing equipments, restoring the damages occurred if any, pit marking, pilot drilling, pre raming, closing of pits with normal soil/filled sand/crusher sand and consolidation to the satisfaction of the road owner and traffic police as they insist, taking the cable to the open trenches, RMUs, transformer yards etc., mounting the cable after providing loop at 1.2m depth , putting HDPE (PN-6,Kg/sq mm) at rising point(0.5 m below ground level and 1.5m above ground level) making RCC jointing chambers for straight joints if any, testing commissioning, placing route markers at 100m interval, writing identification name ,date of laying ,date of commissioning etc. legibly on the cable rising using polyurathane paint etc. as per the direction of departmental officers including supply of HDPE pipe. (includes cost of HDPE pipe, labour, transportation charges etc.)( Sanctioned vide BO no. 120/2019 dated 13.2.2019 for Peppara Power house to Vithura 11 kV line)

Fitting one Additional 2.4m/3m Channel cross arm (100x50x6mm), in existing 11kV DP incl. conveyance of materials.

Dismantling one Channel cross arm from existing DP structure, and bringing back to section store.

Dismantling (without damage) one AB switch from existing structure and bringing back to section store.

Renewal of existing damaged/old 11kV PSC/RCC DP with new 'A' type DP in place and refitting of all items incl. conveyance (except poles).
